Providing and fixing partition upto required height consisting of G.I. frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor, middle and ceiling channel (wherever required) 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling (wherever required) at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre all complete as per manufacture's specification and direction of engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing 8 mm plywood of approved make to existing walls/ frames with necessary screws etc. all complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. (The cost includes for providing openings for electrical wiring & switches etc.)

Dismantling Aluminium / gypsum / wooden /PVC partition ,doors, windows,fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unservicable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material within RGB premises as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: a) 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete. a) Twin rubber stopper

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing & Placing in Position Custom made filing unit of required depth and size all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. : a) The carcase and shelves shall be made with 18 mm thick commercial ply and back with 8 mm thick commercial plywood. The shelves are to be provided at an approximate gap of 300 to 400 mm as per direction of EIC. The edges of commercial plywood shall be covered with PVC Edge Tape. b) All outer surface (except back side) shall be finished with 1.0 mm thick decorative / coloured high pressure laminated sheet of plain /wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. c) All inner surfaces and shelves shall be finished with 0.65 mm thick liner laminate in suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. d) Shutters shall be made with 19 mm thick commercial board and to be fixed with 2 / 3 nos. SS butt hinges of size 75X20X25 mm, 100 mm S.S handles (one on each shutter), magnetic catcher, tower bolt and Multi purpose lock. f) The shelves should be supported with two numbers SS shelf pin on each side. Providing and placing drawer unit of size 400(W)X500(D)X600(H) mm as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) The carcase of drawer unit will be made with 18 mm thick Commercial ply board & edge to be covered with PVC edge tape at all exposed edges. All outer surface shall be laminated with 1.0 mm thick decorative / coloured high pressure laminated sheet of plain /wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. b) Drawer's sides and back shall be made with 12 mm BSL particle board of height 100 mm for 1st upper drawer, 130 mm for 2nd drawer and 225 mm for bottom drawer. The base of all drawers shall be made with 8 mm thick BSL Particle board. The front face of all drawers shall be made with 18 mm thick commercial ply board finished with 0.65 mm laminate on internal side and Front side with 1 mm thick laminate backed with 12 mm BSL particle board. c) All drawers are to be equipped/hunged on with 450 mm long SS telescopic channel with single three way locking system which locks all drawer in single operation. d) All drawers shall have 100 mm size SS handles (one on each drawer). Providing and Placing in Position Working table of required size as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge: a) The top of table shall be made with 18 mm thick commercial ply board having 100 mm wide extra board beneath the top to make the overall thickness of 36-38 mm at the edges. b) The vertical supports of full height and front / modesty of 500 mm to 600 mm height shall be made with 18 mm thick commercial plyboard. c) Table top surface, both faces of vertical sides and Modesty / front shall be finished with 1 mm thick decorative / coloured high pressure laminated sheet of plain /wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. d) The underside of table shall be finished with 0.65 mm high pressure laminated sheet of plain /wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. e) Edges of exposed boards/ply shall be finished with PVC Edge bending tape .
