Providing Nu-wood 16mm thick (interior grade ISI mark) fixed to M.S steel frame with nuts/bolts and washers including cost of nuts/bolts and washers, applying a priming coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Removing dry or OBD or water proofing cement paint etc by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Two or more coats) on new surface including applying a priming coat with cement primer.

Providing and fixing powder coated 50 microns aluminum work (10 gauge) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For frames and shutter of door windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots, handles, tower bolts, eye hooks/window stays, including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket 5mm glass panes/12mm laminated board on both sides, hydraulic door machine where ever required complete job as required. The Spacing of Vertical members not to exceed 4’-0” & section to be used is 104 mm x 44.45 mm

Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x 600 mm (8-10 mm thick) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make (Johnson/RAK/Kajaria) in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick waterproof plywood of approved make (Green/Century) for making Cupboards etc. including applying a priming coat of wood primer on exposed surface and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick Sunmica of approved quality (Make Formica, Green, Bloom) including cost of Fevicol, Nails etc complete

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick waterproof plywood of approved make (Green/Century) with necessary screws/nails including cost of nails, fevicol etc. and priming coat on exposed surface and then two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture etc. complete etc. complete.

P&F Teak wood moulding/margin 20 mm size including cost of nails, fevicols, wastage etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position 5mm thick Float glass sheet for table top including cutting to size & edge grinding

Cutting of holes in Glass & Plywood Top of 75 mm dia for passing Cables.

Supply & Fixing of Drawer Rail (ISI) for Key Board with necessary screws etc. for computer tables.

Painting with synthetic enamel of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade (One or more coat) on wood /Steel Work

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position using structural steel. In stringers, treads landings etc. of stair cases including use of chequered plate wherever required; all complete including applying a priming coat of steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Brick work with 2nd class bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth & superstructure in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means upto floor V level including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material outside the University Campus.

Repair to Washed stone grit plaster in patches including cutting the old damaged grit plaster wherever required on exterior walls of height upto 10m above ground level in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chippings 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. inlcuding cost of providing grooves as per required pattern at site. Nothing extra on account of scaffolding shall be paid. The contractor should quote the rate accordingly.

Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or bricks, in cement by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) • including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material outside the University Campus (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded).

Demolishing of tile/Kota Stone work in floor/walls including disposal of dismantled material outside the University Campus. Tiles/Kota Stone 10-25 mm thick

Providing and fixing of Ist Quality ceramic glazed floor tiles (Anti-skid) 400x400mm/300x300mm size conforming to IS 13755 (Kajaraia/Johnson/Somany) of any colour as required/approved by the Engineer-in-charge laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment complete. Nothing extra shall be paid for laying tiles where they are require to be cut. All works upto floor V level.

SANITARY WORK P&F white vitreous china pedestal type (European type/wash down type) water closet pan (Parry ware/Hindware/Cera) including providing & fixing solid plastic seat with lid (white colour) and providing and fixing low level PVC flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conf. to IS:7231 (Parryware /Hindware/Cera) 10 Liter Capacity-White in colour fitted with unplasticised PVC connection pipe 15mm nominal bore, brass end union 45 to 60cm length, G.I Inlet connection for flush pipe connecting WC pan, C.P brass angle valve (02 Nos.) 15mm nominal bore (Parko / Chilli / Jainco), C.P Jet (heavy duty) with PVC connection pipe to be fixed with European Type W.C complete job.
