Manning and Operation of Filteration Plant including Raw Water Pump House, Booster Pump House at Ramban round the clock i.e. 24 hours in two shifts (i.e. 08 hours each in two shifts i.e. 1600 hrs to 2400/0000 hours and 2400/0000hours to 0800 hours) with One Operator / FGM (Skilled) including replacement of expendable items such as gland packing, alum, sodium hypochloride, nuts, bolts, & washers for control valves / gland hubs, greasing of pumps, insulation taps for maintenance of LT panels and to carry out routine checks as specified in manufactures catalogue / prescribed in particular specification comprising of :-

(a) Raw Water Pump House : 10 HP pump set-01 No, 7.5 HP pump set-01 No, 05 HP pump set-02 Nos with electrical panels and control valves. (b) Filter Bed : Sedimentation tank 80000 ltrs, clear water tank 40,000 Ltrs, Gravity filter 4000 GPH, Air compressor 1000 CFM-01 No, Back wash pump set 02 HP – 02 Nos, electric panels and control valves. (c) Clear Water Pump House : Centrifugal pump sets of capacities 20 HP-01 No, 7.5 HP-01 No, 5 HP-01 No, Electrically Operated Chemical Dozing System 5.0 Ltrs 7 Bar / 5.0 Ltrs 5 Bar, Electrically Panel and Control Valves.

Manning and Operation of Pump Set and DG Set installation at 'R' Centre Banihal round the clock i.e 24 hours in three shifts (i.e. 08 hours each in three shifts 0800 hrs to 1600 hours, 1600 hours to 2400 / 0000 hours and 2400 / 0000 hours to 0800 hours) with one operator / FGM (Skilled) including replacement of expendable items such as gland packing, nuts, bolts & washers for control valves / gland hubs, greasing of pumps, insulation taps for maint of LT panels and to carry out routine checks as specified in manufactures catalogue / prescribed in particular specification comprising of :- (a) Pump Set : 12.5 HP Pump Set - 02 Nos, 05 HP Pump Set - 02 Nos with electrical panels and control valves. (b) DG Set 20 KVA : Diesel Engine Make Kirloskar and Alternator of Make Crompton Greaves.

Manning and Operation of Power House comprising of One No Diesel Engine driven AC Generator of capacity 63 KVA at Banihal, Diesel Engine Make : Greaves Ltd and Alternator of Make : Kirloskar round the clock i.e., 24 hours in three shifts (i.e. 08 hours each in three shifts 0800 hrs to 1600 hours, 1600 hours to 2400 / 0000 hours and 2400 / 0000 hours to 0800 hours) with one Operator / FGM (skilled) including replacement of expandable items such as filters, belts, diodes, brushes, fuel pipe, top up of water and oil, tightening of nuts, bolts of DG Set mounting and also have routine checks carried out as specified in manufacturers catalogue / prescribed in Particular Specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Manning and Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant at Banihal (of capacity 100 KLD at base on Sequential Batch Reactor Technology to be operated in 2 batches a day to treat 300 mg/L of BOD comprising of Sewage Non-Clog Feed Pump of Submersible type of capacity 3 HP - 02 Nos, Non-Clog Sludge Pump Submersible type of capacity 2 HP - 01 No, Air Blower of Twin Lobe of capacity 90 Cum/hour @ 3000 MMWG - 02 Nos, Air Grid of Equilization Tank, Chlorination System with Dosing Tank and Dosing Pump of required capacity - 01 Set, PLC controlled unit with Control Panel, PUF insulated room for reactor, in one shift of 08 hours (0600 hours to 1400 hours) with One FGM / Trained Operator (skilled) for STP complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for Serial Item No '01' to '05' : 1. All expendable items will be supplied by the department Free for Fixing. The cost of Labour for Fixing the same are deemed to be included in the item rate quoted. 2. Contractor shall follow all the rule & regulations as per Labour Act and shall make payment to the Workers / Tradesmen not less than Minimum Wages as fixed by Labour Commissioner of J&K Govt / Central Govt whichever is higher including DA as authorised. 3. The Salaries of the Workers / Tradesmen shall be paid through Aadhar linked Bank Accounts and proof of payment or NEFT receipt shall be submitted alongwith the RAR and Final Bill.
