Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m .( including All T& P, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST)

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. .( including All T& P, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Soil Compactor roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 .( including All Matarial T& P, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement & 3.5% emulsion in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Soil Compactor roller to achieve the desired density. ( including All Matarial T& P, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST)

Providing and laying tack coat-1 with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion distributer at the rate of 0.30 Kg / Sqm. on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause no. 508 . ( including All Matarial T& P, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grade-2 with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. ( including All Matarial T& P, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only , plain cement concrete pavement , constructoin as per design, over a prepared sub base,with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) coarse fine aggregates conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixture of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side forwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film. wedges. steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels , rakes , compacted using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation in including provision of construction and expansion , construction joints, admixitures as approved , curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification clause 1501 ( including All Matarial T& P, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST)
