Material and labour for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth.complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and servicing of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep and exhaust fan 250/300mm sweep at site of each qty and removing of old grease from bearing of ceiling fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt, and re-assembling the fan and exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed.

REPAIR TO CEILING FANS WITH FOLLOWING ITEMS OF WORK :- Material and labour for rewinding of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep after dismenting complete motor assy, bearings, bushings, removal of burnt copper wire, cleaning of core, inserting proper insulating paper in slots, winding with and as per existing size/turn of super enamelled copper wire, heating, vernishing, replacement of unsv bearings / bushings, assemble of rotor and stator unit with capacitor, connecting wire, down rod, blades and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser) after disconnecting inlet/outlet/vent pipes, electric/earth connections etc cleaning of the body inlet/outlet/vent pipes stop cocks non return valves etc leakage arresting of inner copper/steel tank by welding/brazing etc reassembling the geyser by replacing gaskets worn out nuts washers etc prefixing the same in position by replacing reconnecting all inlet/outlet/vent pipes electric/earth connections and carrying out testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed. for geyser of capacity 25 liters capacity NOTE :- Non return valve stop cock, PVC/Copper connections cable, thermostat etc shall be measured separately.

Supply and fix and replacement meter panel floor/mounted on wall, cubical type, compartmentalized dust and vemin proof, indoor installation IP 42 type electrical control panel, including PVC channel 25x45 mm, made out of powder coated CRCA sheet of size 700x700x200 mm (thickness 1.6mm) having an arrangement of fixing the energy meter single phase five number inside the panel and having glasss door to take meter reading without open the panel with an arrangement of incoming supply to meter from TPN DB and outgoing supply from meter to distribution board (DB) with two single core PVC insulatedunsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable of size 6.00 sqmm (nominal area) for phase and neutral crimping with suitable sizw of lugs/thimble with locking arragement & one lock including dismentling and taking down old unserviceable meter wooden board and making good to disturbed suffces complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr belo ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 25x6 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel drawn through 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009 including necessary excavation and earh work GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concreate 1:2:4 Type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc connected to panel board/ Gen set as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed.
