Provision of standby 11KV HT Power supply cable with associated works at RTTC, Bhubaneswar

Supply of 3 core, 50sqmm HT XLPE insulated Cable of 6.6 KV (UE)/11KV (E), Stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semiconducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 KA for 1 sec), cores laid up, inner sheath of PVC tape, galvanized flat steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed confirming to IS 7098/PART-II-1985 with latest amendments.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11KV grade of size up 120sqmm in the following manner:

Direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

In the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

In the existing masonry open duct as required/ Free end loop for termination with proper binding.

Replacement of faulty 11KV outdoor type cable end terminations by new one of heat shrinkable type complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3 core, 50sqmm, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

Supplying of 80 mm dia medium class GI pipe along with accessories for protection of HT cable as required.

Laying / Fixing of 80 mm dia medium class GI pipe On surface of wall / vertically along the PSC pole with necessary clamping arrangements etc. for laying/drawing of 3Cx35sqmm 11KV HT XLPE cable as required.

Laying / Fixing of 80 mm dia medium class GI pipe directly in ground as per specifications for laying/drawing of 3Cx35sqmm 11KV HT XLPE cable as required.

Liaison and making coordination with supply authority for checking, testing, obtaining shut down of 11KV line and re-energisation after replacement of faulty HT cable and making at tapping points etc. as required.
