Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in copings etc. and in similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form works complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work of old size sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per ser Item No 5.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Including all necessary scaffolding, lifting arrangement for external surfaces).

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint including preparation of newly plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of cement based paint including preparation of old plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole cover slab fixed in position including necessary form work and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape, required including cranking, bending, spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs galvanized two stranded, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Each line wire to be measured.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc galvanized two stranded, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Each line wire to be measured.

Dismantling and refixing in same position mild steel / cast iron steel gates / door not exceeding 10 Sqm after necessary repair work / welding etc to existing grills, frames, rollers, gusset plates, rails, braces, hooks, sheets, holdfast etc complete and making good to existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed at site. Note: - Any steel member to gate shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft / loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel rag or lewis bolts 12 mm dia and nuts screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, not exceeding 15cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel round bars 8 mm dia and over of Fe-410 W quality 'A' or Fe-290 quality 'A', bent to shape required, including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips in chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel in flat, round or square bars, in available length 40 x 6 mm FI strip fixed to chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing chain link fencing of 4 mm dia GI wires and 50 x 50mm mesh size including rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing chequered coloured cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey pigment cement and pigments including and over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match the surface of tiles finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:5:10) in type E-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking in glossy finish with coloured paver block any shape and size confirming to IS : 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE NO 1: - Samples of materials as approved will be kept in GE's sample room. NOTE NO 2: - All fittings and fixtures mentioned above will be fixed to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and GE. NOTE NO 3: - Warranty certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge where ever applicable shall be submitted by the Contractor at the time of fittings.
