Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, precast concrete articles etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and ,complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces including rendering on fins, fascias, chajja, parapets etc and finishing the surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying Two coats of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer premium quality complete all as specified

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for bedding of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40 mm thick type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame , set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
