Schedule 'A' Section - I

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/PCC path, and paving, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, joint filled with bitumen and sand mixture applied hot (area not exceeding 1.20 sqm ) , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour chequered cement concrete tiles, rubber moulded with grey cement and pigment, size 300 mm x 300 mm x 22-25 mm thick, ISI marked, coloured, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement screed (1:4) base, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work or stone masonry, precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, brought upto courses, stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 but except stone complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The serviceable stones obtained from Serial item No- 7.00 will be used after removing motar, cleaning with water, etc.)

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks burnt, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for providing pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in window or door cills, lintels, bressummers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and set in CM 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in fixing of hold fasts, copings, bed plates, kerbs or mud stops, lintels upto 1.50m span, plinth courses , seismic and other bands and the like, finished the surface fair and even, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note- If reinforced concrete, reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for Raking out joints/ pointing of cement mortar or cutting out joints and decayed mortar etc. , not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises, and keeping the surface to be pointed wet for two days prior to re-pointing to random rubble or polygon rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses in walls at any height , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. Note- The work shall be carried out at a height exceeding 3.0 m but not exceeding 6.0 m.

Supply and fixing 75mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall confirm be to IS 5382-1985)

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 sq.m on plan and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete, all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 sq.m on plan and exceeding 1.50m and not exceeding 3.00m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete, all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 sq.m on plan and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete, all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 sq.m on plan and exceeding 1.50m and not exceeding 3.00m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete, all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil of any description, complete all as specified and as directed..

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 1.5 Kilometre and not exceeding 5.00 Kilometre and deposited where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar (Internal dia of pipe in 150mm) and supply and fixing for 150mm dia Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 75mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.(Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall confirm be to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing 110mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on surface of any description of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including WPC @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping or column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair,110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) bend with access door including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified. (Note- UPVC bends shall be confirm to BS 4515 DIN 19531 and DIN 19534)

Supply and fixing in repair,75 mm bore UPVC (SWR) bend with access door including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified. (Note- UPVC bends shall be confirm to BS 4515 DIN 19531 and DIN 19534)

Supply and fix 75mm dia of outlet, PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified. (Note- UPVC fittings shall be conforming to BS 4515 DIN 19531 and DIN 19534)

Comprehensive maintenance and cleaning of sewage system including sewage lines, manholes, soakage wells/soak-pits, gully traps, septic tanks attending blockages in WCs/ WHBs/Drains etc. by employing necessary resources including T&P at kasauli Air force station all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The location/ building/complex where work is to be carried out consist of the following:- (a) OTM and Md Accn of Air force station Kasauli complex. (b)Technical area of Air force station kasauli. NOTES: (i) The Contractor will employee a Supervisor. The Supervisor so employed shall report to the concerned JE daily to give feed back and also to receive day to day sewage Complaints and necessary instructions for smooth running of the contract. (ii) He will carry out normal maintenance to sewage system as required at site. (iii) For any default/delay in attending the complaints recovery shall be effected as per contract conditions provided here-in-after. (iv) T & P as required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the deptt. (v) Supervisor engaged by the contractor shall take all necessary preventative safety measures and adequate precautions to avoid any health hazard and department shall not be held responsible for any unwanted incidence.

Cleaning of septic tank of various capacities, including inlet and out chambers, sludge chambers and baffle walls by mechanically/ manual means, removal of sludge, scum and effluent, transportation of waste and final disposal as per environmental norms complete all as specified and directed. Note ;- Following procedure shall be adopted during the cleaning of septic tank:- a) The area surrounding the septic tank shall be barricaded and safety signs displayed prior to starting of work. b)Sludge and wastewater shall be pumped out completely using sludge pumps or manually, solid waste and sludge shall be collected in containers or tanker, inner wall shall be cleaned properly through jet. c) Sludge and solid waste shall be transported to a distance beyond 100m . The waste shall be disposed of by excavating borrow pits and dumped waste shall be covered with soil. d) Payment shall be made only for quantity of solid sludge removed and disposed as measured in cum. No separate payment shall be made for pumping out water or effluent. e) Contractor shall also write date of cleaning on the surface of septic tank using synthetic enamel paint ( white background with black colour letter 100mm high), rate of the same shall be included in quoted rate.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of steel reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for pre-cast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in cover slabs for manhole, shelves etc. set in cement mortar (1:4) and finished cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors , gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, angle iron chowkats for door ,barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh or barbed wire, any type fixed to steel or wood complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fix Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note- Contractor shall provide Purchase voucher to Engr-in-charge before claiming payment and the weight of chain link fencing shall be assessed through BOO convened by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 67750.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
