Construction of coffer dam made of earth and protected with earth filled gunny bags/ HDPE bags placed on either side slope of coffer dam of suitable dimension as per requirement at site of work to withstand the pressure of standing/flowing water of the drain in order to keep the working area free from incoming water/water coming through any broken water mains and subsequent removal upon completion of work upto DBL of the drain to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Care and diversion of drain by providing three rows of 1200mm Np3 class RCC pipe for the smooth running of water and subsequent removal after the completion of work as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, with all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying cement concrete pavement of M-10 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant of reputed cement manufacture and transported to the site of work in transit mixer having continuous agitated mixer, manufacture as per mixed design of M-10 grade of cement concrete work including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site. Placing in required camber compulsory with plate/screed vibrator with wire brush etc. and curing including cost admixer in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workabilty witthout impairing strength and durabiltity as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note-1) less cement used than specified in this item is recoverable seprately.M-10 Grade plain cement concrete by using 220 kg of cement per cum of concrete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level "1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-35 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying two coats for anti corrosive treatment of reinforcement bars of corrosion inhibitor solution of approved quality and manufacture having valid licence from CECRI (pattern No. 1097/67) Kodaikani Taminadu) including making slurry of cement by adding inhibitor solution to ordinary poraland cment in the ration of 0.6:1 (i.e 600cc of inhibitor : 1 kg. of cement) or as specified by the manufacture, applying first coat of sluury uniformly on surface of reinforcement steel bars by brushing or dipping in shaded area and removing rust and iron oxide remnants etc from the bars using iron brush before applying the slurry and drying the coated bars drying platform for 112.24 hours before cutting and bending and then applying second coat in the ration of 0.45:1 (i.e. 450cc of inhibitor : 1 kg of cement and drying in the same manner before placing in position.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.
