Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving’s not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in floor, sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, hardstanding, path, pavings etc, floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection including forming joint to full depth at every 3.0m in forming and at every change of direction and filled mixture of bitumen and sand (1:3) by weight, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ceramic floor tiles as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B IIa, anti-skid, glazed, unpolished, rectified, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, length less than 360 mm, minimum 7 mm thick in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar(1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ceramic floor tiles as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B IIa, anti-skid, glazed, unpolished, rectified, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, length less than 360 mm, minimum 7 mm thick in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar(1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ceramic wall tiles as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B III, glazed, unpolished, rectified, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, length more than 340 mm but less than 460 mm, minimum 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) Light/ Dark Shed area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) Light/ Dark Shed area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in vertical surface etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slab on edge such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situation in new or old granite stone slab / Kota stone slab, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 15 to 18mm thick granite machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite including grinding and polishing in Steps, floors, cooking platform, window/ door cill etc complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15 mm thick cement screed 1:6 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and backing including taking tiles on credit and rubbish off the premises.

Supplying & fixing to walls and ceilings or laid in floors 15 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing to walls and ceilings or laid in floors 20 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011, complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing 15 mm bore of steel tubing and connections in new or old positions (walls, ceilings, floors, etc.), complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing 20 mm bore of steel tubing and connections in new or old positions (walls, ceilings, floors, etc.), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa" pattern, size 580 mm X 440 mm white with ‘P’ or ‘S' trap, front or back inlet and integral foot rests, any pattern and including fixing bolt, connector to flush pipe, lime concrete bedding and making connections to flush pipe, connector to branch pipe and anti syphonage pipes etc. including sealing the joints and making leak proof using sealant, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs wash basins with pedestal, vitreous china, white, flat back, size 550 mm X 400 mm with and including cast iron brackets (embedded in wall upto 110 mm depth with and including cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate or fixing on wall with and including rawl plug and screws), 32 mm nominal size, copper alloy, nickel chromium plated finish waste fittings, including painting of fittings and brackets, sealing gap between wall and basin with silicone sealant, cutting and making good the walls wherever required and connecting to supply pipes, waste pipes, waste fittings etc. with silicone sealant, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs for PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Bib taps cast copper chromium plated fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule of 15 mm bore dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 10 litres capacity, low level, syphonic type, white, plastic flushing cistern as per IS 7231: 1994 with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and 40 mm nominal dia high density polyethylene pipes for flush pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 32 mm bore low density polyethylene pipe (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 Kgs/cm2 as in waster pipe for WHB and urinal waste pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC SWR Nahani/ Floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, dia of outlet 75 mm, water seal minimum 50 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces on walls incl cornices, pilasters etc, and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.
