S & F decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish colour and pattern as approved 0.9 mm thick fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturers instruction.

S & F in repairs 4 lever, Godrej round brass mortice locks, vertical type, size 100 mm all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium anodised barrel bolts 200 mm size extruded section,all as per specified and directed.

S & F 150 mm size extruded aluminium handles fabricated type, anodised and polished etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood plain solid straight chowakats and frame,wrought framed rebated on the solid,rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints,supplied and fixed all as per specified and directed.

(Note- Rubber bead, roller, PVC locks etc shall be included in the items & aluminium sections and Particle board shall be measured and paid seperately as "S&F").

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise specifically described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white or tinted ) etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete shall as specified.

S & F powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, sliding type without sash bars, including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, necessary aluminium fittings such as suitable handle 01 No., locking arrangement 01 No. and roller bearings 02 Nos in each shutter etc complete all as specified.

Supply to fix figured glass,tinted colour, pin head type,5mm thick, in square n.exc.0.5sqm in each frame with rubber and aluminium beading/packing with rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying 2mm thick white cement wall care putty etc complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in ceiling plaster including applying bord coat of DR.FIXIT/FOSROC or equivalent in CM (1:4) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth and applying 2mm thick white cement wall care putty etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering(15+5) mm thick plastering on fair faces of brickwork surfaces and making smooth and even surfaces without using extra cement in CM 1:6 ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a one coat of alkali resistent wall primer complete.

S&F steel work in tubler truesses and members medium grade including special shaped washer purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-19798 grade St-240 ,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unseviceable galvalume sheets and unserviceable steel work members complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick , of any colour , having tensile strength of 550 Mpa , AZ150 as in roof covering and cladding to wall etc., fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of mild steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rainwater pipe any pattern, size including all fitting ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) 110mm dia pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall or vertical surface ,complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F Bends 110mm bore (any radius), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PVC (SWR) rain water gutter 180mm dia pipes half round single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,including fixing with MS brackets to down rain water pipe complete all as specified.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 16-18 mm thick laid on vertical surface and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) but as in skirting over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on brick work or concrete surfaces complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
