M&L providing and applying the plaster with single component ready to use repair mortar (SMART CARE REPAIR MORTAR or equivalent) capable of applying 15mm average thickness in single layer and finishing with trowel with a bond coat: SBR polymer (@ 10% of cement weight) modified cementious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement/Sqm of surface area mixed with specified portion of AP SMARTCARE or equivalent Repair Polymer including taking down existing roof treatment of any type and also taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. to receive further treatment, complete all as specified land as directed. Note: The application shall be executed on any type of surface and on horizontal/Vertical areas.

M&L providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/sqm. Primary [coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for roof treatment as per the description below including dismantling/taking down existing roof treatment complete:- a) preparation of roof surfaces by removing all loose material /dust extra for carrying out water proofing treatment. b) Apply bituminous primer @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm (conforming to IS-3384) on prepared surfaces. After drying of primer apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to (IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm of prepared surfaces. c) Laying APP (Atatic Polypropylene) modified five layered membrane 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm with centre core 160 GSM/ Sqm ; core reinforced and laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end lap. The membrane shall be laid with LPG torch application and overlaps sealed and finished neatly as per the manufacturer specification apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to (IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm and apply two coat of silver shield bitumestic aluminum paint all as specified.

M & L for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof for levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up rain water pipes (CI,AC,PVC etc) set in any cement mortor of any diameter incl bends.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of weather proof acralic exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down with water etc and applying two coats of weather proof acralic exterior emulsion paint up to 10 m height complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted by contractor before opening of (f) bid. (d) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item No 44, 45, 55 and 56 of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing etc and applying applying one coats of plastic emulsion paint up to 10 m height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old decorated surfaces plastered or unplastered surface of wall and complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing etc and applying one coat of oil bond distemper on wall complete all a spcefied.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, complete removal of existing treatment by rubbing , brooming down,washing with water etc and applying one coat of cement based paint up to 10 m height complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on perimeter wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl pluhs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall screws. The work shall be carried out as per specification, drawing and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
