Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift all classes of soil at 100% narrow cutting for foundation works as per SS20B.(HGS) Item No. 62.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of RTS Rods for reinforcement at all RCC works including cost of steel, binding wire, labour charges etc. complete as directed by Departmental Officers

A) Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm size hard granite broken stone (machine crushed) excluding cost of reinforcement, fabrication and placing th egrills in position and excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and strutting but including cost of cement mixing concrete using mechanical mixer, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing etc. complete as directed by Departmental Officers.

Collection supply and filling of well gravel filling approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Mix (one part cement, three part sand and six part of aggrigate) using 40% of 40mm size and 60% of 20 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. Complete.

Supply and fixing of PVC. Nahini / Floor Trap with stainless Steel Gratings - 100 mm x 75 mm including all charges etc, complete as per standard specification.

Roofing with Galvanised Coruugated Iron Sheet of 0.8mm thickness - 10 m2

Supply and fixing of Acrylic Lighting board to a size of 2.40 x 1.20 M Including 8 Nos of 40Watts LED light and Labour Charges etc to complete

Providing and fixing of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) 4 sided having 50 x 25 x 1.50mm frame work vertical and horizontals out of specially designed extruded sections withstand wind pressure of 180 Kg/sq.m and fabricated fixed at all level elevation and heights. The extruded section cutting and fixing required space extruded section shall be of 6063 and alloy of BSH 9 confirming T is – 63400 rate shall included to fix the main frame with necessary clamps, fasteners, bolt nuts etc. The main frame of extruded section shall be of 22843 & 22739 (H9) grade conforming to BS 4174 (or) IS 8147. Rate shall included 4mm thick ACP sheet (0.25 + 3.5 + 0.25) fixing with spacer tape and the ACP sheet bounded with special type structural sealant of dow corning 789 or equivalent in dust free conditions the gaps between ACP sheet to be filed with whether sealant and backer rod or 12mm foam sheet to ensure water and air tightness in all complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officer
