Providing strutting arrangements to pavukkal for dismantling weathering coarse and pavukkal using casiourina posts and runners etc., including cost of all materials and all labour charges and materials requirred etc., complete (Rate for without strutting)

Dismantling and removing the existing cutstone masonry wall including numbering the cut stone members such as Pavukal, Uthiram, Pillar, Pothiyal etc.,and stacking the same at the place as directed by the officers in charge within the temple campus without hinderence for execution of work including all labour charges and hire charges for tools and plants involved to do the work etc complete, as per department instructions. Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soils and todepth as may be directed except in hard rock, requiring blasting, including infinal leads and lifts and re-filling the sides of foundation, with excavated earth in 150mm layers well watered rammed and consolidated, including depositing surplus earth clearing and levelling the site, shoring shuttering baling out water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (one cement five sand ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials labour for mixing,l aying, compacting, curing, dewatering, side shuttering, wherever necessary including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Random Rubble Masonry in Lime mortar 1:5 ( one of slaked lime from Pollachi and five of sand) using new rough stone and bond stone for foundation and basement including simultaneous flush pointing, curing etc complete complying with standard specifications.The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works .

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply of New Cut stone for Pavukal, Uthiram, etc including cost and conveyance of Cut stone, labour charges for loading , unloading and all other incidental charges etc complete

Refixing the dismantled cutstone wall, Pavukal, Uthiram, Pillar and Pothiyal in correct position as directed and pointing with Lime mortar including all labour charges and hire charges for tools and plants imvoived to do the work wct complete as per department instructions. (For Outer Vari)

Brick work using Country Bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" X2-3/4"" in Lime Mortar 1:5 (One Lime and five crushed stone sand) Lime from Pollachi has high iron contrnt including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Weathering Course Concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure Slaked Lime from Pollachi, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 ( No sand is to be added ) by volume and laid over the R.C.C.roof slab in a single layer and consolidated to the finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water etc., complete. complying with standard specification.The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works .

Finishing the Top of Roof with One course of machine Pressed Tiles of size 230 x 230 x 20mm of approved quality laid in Lime mortar.1 : 3 - 12mm thick mixed with Water Proofing Compound, Red oxide and pointing with Lime mortar 1:3 ( One of Slaked Lime from Pollachi and Three of sand)same mortar mixed with water proof compound and red oxide etc.,etc.,complete as directed by the departmental officers complying with standard specification.The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works .
