S&F mild steel works as in posts, horns and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs, galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts,including,securing or trying at crossings with and provisionsof galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc,. as directed.(each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type fixed with posts or struts with wire staples etc complete in position all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs welded steel wire fabric any size or type weight nexc 4 kg/sqm fixed to steel members, with wire staples incl provision of of mild steel (annealed) binding wire etc complete in position all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs razor concertina coil, 610mm dia, expandable upto 6 metre, consisting of 2.6mm dia heavy galvanised high tensile spring steel wire including provision of mild steel (annealed) binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement sheet, corrugated, or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with J hook or Cranked bolts including dismantling existing sheet

Refixing old 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement sheet, corrugated, or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with J hook or Cranked bolts

S&F in repairs Asbestos cement two-piece adjustabel plain wing ridge 6mm thick fixed with `L' type or `j' type and cranked hook bolt.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in floors finished even & smooth with out using extra cement including demolition of existing concrete complete all as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including providing 10mm thick joints filled with bituminous & sand mixture (1:7) at not exc 3.00 mt intervals & at corners and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of existing concrete complete all as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete(1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of 100 mm thick as in Path / PCC floor, finished even and fair including demolition of existing concrete complete all as directed.

M&L for pain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken floors complete all as directed including digging out old sunken floor filling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on concrete/brick surfaces in CM 1:4 duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed. Note : water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for preparation and complete removal of exixting treatment of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of OBD as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of true care wall primer over two coats of birla putty 1.5mm each to level the surface and finshied smooth with emery paper No.180 followed by emery paper No.320 or 400 and wipe it clean complete all as specified and directed. M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm of broken stone boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) 75mm thick as in floor sub base etc as specified including demolition of exist concrete.

M&L for pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 155658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment and including required sand cushing, sealing the edges including dismatling existing paven block complete all as spicified and directed by Engr in-Charge.

M & L for providing cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sides coping etc complete.

S & F in repairs Aluminium door with powder coated aluminium section 100 x 44 x 2 mm thick for frame / chowkats fixed in existing opening including necessary joining cleats, suitable hold fasts screws etc and glazed shutters made with powder coated aluminium section 84 x 44 x 2 mm for stiles top and middle rails and 112 x 44 x 2mm for bottom ralls shutter including 5 mm thick tinted/frosted glass panels inserts with necessary joining cleats, glazing clips rubber packing, aluminium snap bearing screws etc including handles tower bolts, mortice locks 4 lever 100 mm size, rubber gaskets etc, all sections as per manufacture's instructions, frames firmly secured to jambs/ window cells with all necessary fittings and fixtures all as speciied and directed and shown on drawings complete etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron).

M&L for Dholpur stone wall cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size not exceeding 0.25 sqm fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade -202) of flat-30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including taking down existing broken stone slab of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old brick work complete all as directed.

M&L for walling of squared rubble reusing the old stones obtained from demolition, brought upto courses, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
