Material and labour for Cleaning of RCC Over Head Reservoirs 50000 Ltrs capacity as described below a) Before starting the cleaning of Over Head Reservoir, distribution line from OH tank is be disconnected and plugged with suitable fitting. After cleaning, plugged line should be washed and connected to the distribution pipe line as per existing position. Cost of earthwork and excavation work required if any shall be included in the quoted rate. b) The inner surface of the walls and ceiling of the tank shall be cleaned with high pressure jet pump after emptying the water in the tank c) After thorough cleaning of the tank, the cleaning water and sludge is to be removed by using pump and the sludge has to be disposed off at place as directed. d) After removing the sludge from tank the tank shall be cleaned thoroughly by using high pressure water pump first and again the floor and inner surfaces of the tank shall be cleaned by using a industrial vaccum cleaner and the tank shall be made fully dirt free. e) After the tank is made dirt free, the inner surfaces of walls and ceiling of the tank shall be treated with anti bacterial agents. f) After the treatment as mentioned at (e) above, the inner surfaces of walls and ceiling shall be treated with UV Radiator.

g) After complete treatment, all pipes such as inlet, over flow, delivery and wash out, shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after thoroughly cleaning the surfaces and writing 'Date of cleaning and due date of cleaning on wall complete all as directed.

Taking the submersible motor of submersible pump set of 5 HP capacity from site to workshop and back and taking out burnt copper winding from the motor at workshop and rewinding the motor with insulated copper wire as per exisitng gauge & turns, varnishing, heating complete including repalcement of the following spares and reassembling the motor after repair including testing complete all as directed.
