Labour for removal of Tree growth from the entire and around the building

Scaffoldings

Smoothening and resurfacing of the area by using all required tolls and safty eqiupment along with necessary arrangement of scaffolding to reach the required height with high streangth crystaling based cementious repair mortar having propotries of crystalling and good bond strength.i) Superior bond strength of 2.3MPA as per ACI-503 R ii) Emical durabilty (Mass loss negligible i.e 0.22% in 84 days - ASTMC 267) iii) High strength (49.3MPA @ 28 days - ASTM C 109. iv) Rapid cloride permeability (420 coulombs @ 90 days - ASTM C 1202), to be applied by gloved hand using all safty arrangments with all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Removal of Moss and Graffiti from the building

Wall painting two coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) exterior grade(weather coat) of approved make & shade manufactured by reputed manufacture like NEROLAC /ASIAN /BERGER /DULOX or equivalent to make an even finished surface over a coat of primer with water bond cement primer in all heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion 1:2:4 including shuttering using 2 cm size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P, etc. required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of all machineries required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing 12mm thick C.P. 1:6 finished even and smooth on masonry walls including racking out joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and levels and providing grooves as shown in the drawing including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalty, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repair of Door and Window

Providing and laying 300mm x 300mm Ceramic floor tiles confirming to IS : 15622 of approved make, quality and colour without any warpage laid over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including cutting to size, laying and filling the joints with white cement slurry mixed with colouring pigment to match the shade and colour, cleaning the surfaces with oxlaic acid, machine grinding, mirror polishing including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, loading, unloading, sundries, watering and curing, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note- Sample of tiles shall be approved before procurement and use.)

Providing 30cmx45cm size special plain/printed series edge cut ceramic wall tiles of premium grade of approved make ( Kajeria/ Johnson/ Nitco/ OASIS or equivalent) having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm conforming to IS 13753 of approved make & shade in Dadoes over 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse sand) finished with modular pointing in white cement & pigment to match the shade of the tiles including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour curing sundries and T & P etc. required for the work etc.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and fixing health faucet of Jaquar Cat. No.-ALD 565 of approved make etc complete including cutting the wall and making good the damages, including cost of all materials complete as per PH specification and direction of Engineering-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and fixing pillar cock of Jaquar Cat. No. CON-011KN of approved make etc complete including cutting the wall and making good the damages, including cost of all materials complete as per PH specification and direction of Engineering-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labor T&P for fitting and fixing in all floors' fixed type glass mirror of size 450mm x 600mm best INDIAN make of 5.5 mm thickness with supply of 13mm thick asbestos backing and wooden plugs C. P. Brass screw including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials complete as per P.H. specification and direction of Engineering-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Orissa pan 580mmx440mm size of Hindware 20018 , complete with fittings and seat cover, one no. hinged rail 76cm & 4 Nos. of grab rails 60cm brass brackets. etc all complete as per specification & fixing of plastic seat & cover for wash down water closet with chormium plated brass hinges and rubber buffers all complete as per specifications.

Fixing European water closet with sleek fresh PVC cistern, Draingage L bend pipe, Gsket and installation kit with PP normar close seat cover, hinges, Fixing accessories and Acdessories seet, (European type W.C pan) with integral 'S' or 'P' trap conforming to IS 2556 : Part 8-2004, to the floor with wooden plug and chromium plated screws including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar (1:1) etc all complete as per specification.HINDWARE Cat No-510218

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes of ( AJAY/ ASHIRVAD/ ASTRAL) confirming to ASTM F442 Specific-2 having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply SDR 11 , including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
