REPAIR OF WATER PROOFING TREATMENT TO ROOF, SUNKEN AND PARAPET WALL IN JCOs/ OR MD ACCN AREA OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE NAMS

Supplying , fixing & Hoisting and refixing in position and connecting, in repairs, 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) including fixing arrangement for inlet/outlet/over flow and vent pipe of standard size all as specified in SSR Part-I including 20mm bore, ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, setting aside (or lowering if required) and Cleaning & removing all scale and dirt etc from HDPE water tanks of 1000 litres capacity (Tanks placed on top of roof) and from mouths of circulating pipes etc including washing the tank with bleaching powder and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position including writing the date of cleaning of tank with synthetic enamel (black/white) paint of size not less than 10cm of each letter complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on internal walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down plaster of walls scrubbing down with water and dispose off debries where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on external walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down plaster of walls scrubbing down with water and dispose off debries where directed, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces oF Ceiling & finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down old plaster scrubbing down with water and dispose off debries, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for damproofing to wall with two componet Acrylic polymer cementitious water proof elastomeric coating food grade mix to form uniform slurry and apply with paint brush as first coat then laying a layer of fibre glass mesh cloth as first coat is still green with overlap of joits of Fibre mesh not be less than 100mm, then finally apply second layer mix by brush to entire surface of container covering 0.6 - 0.75sqm /kg at 1mm thickness in two coat depending on the level of substrate and curing it for minimum 3 days. Note : Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of materials all labours, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto height 6 mtr etc.

Material and labour for applying wall care zero lime, flexible, water resistance anti-fungal 1.5 mm thick and Two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer to internal plaster surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepration of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two coats of High penetration, water resistance, anti-bacterial Nano cement base paint over a coat of Nano alkali resistant, water resistance primer complete all as spceified and direted.

M&L for applying three coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces incl preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new plastered surfaces of walls (Two coats applied @ 1.67 Ltr/10 Sqm each coat) over and including priming coat of exterior primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling in sunken floors including demolition of cement in concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WC's etc shall be as under :- (a) Application of Two component Acrylic modified cementitious coating (i) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance, existing coatings and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from laitance and any other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions in manufacturer’s published literature should be strictly complied with, including but not limited to the following :- (ii) Chipping out any visible cracks in “V-Groove” pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/ Dr Fixit 302 SBR latex / Perma latex SBR / FOSROC Nitabond SBR latex / Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacuum pressure if required. (iii) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal – 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO. (iv) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (S.S.D), apply one coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal – 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer’s instructions.

(v) Apply Glass Fabric Sheet of Sika Fab 1 / FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP whilst the first coat is wet. (vi) Once touch dry, apply second coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal – 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer’s instructions on the entire area. (vii) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. viii) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimum 300 mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface. (ix) It is essential to cure Acrylic modified Cementitious coating immediately after application (minimum 6-8 Hrs drying) for a minimum of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking. (x) A protection plaster (12-15mm thick) in CM 1:3 admixed with appropriate Integral water proofing compound has to be applied on the walls. Admixture : Sika Plastocrete Plus / FOSROC / Dr Fixit / STP / CICO confirming to IS 2645. Providing and applying a protection screed of 50mm thick 1:4, cement sand mortar admixed with Sika Plastocrete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces. Admixture : Sika Plastocrete Plus / FOSROC / Dr Fixit / STP / CICO confirming to IS 2645

(xi) All the corners and joints should be pre-treated with an elastic waterproofing sealing tape with a Woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansions zone in the centre of Make Sika Seal Tape S/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP. (xii) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations until placement of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. (xiii) Waterproofing treatment has to be carried out through applicators authorised. (b) All the joints of pipes and traps within the sunken portion shall be sealed properly by epoxy sealant. (c) Al CI traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3 (min 15cm) All-round. (d) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) complete all as specified (e) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40 mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450 mm to 600 mm long) including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (f) Providing 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring for laying floor finish all as specified. Note: Items No 14.02 (d), (e) & (f) shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F drainage spout pipe GI 40 mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450 mm to 600 mm long) including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick verticale tiles with highlighter any colour on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl dismantling / demolition and e colour of tiles, incl dismantling / demolition over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing single layer as in roofing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm avarage thickness PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as roof padding, for further treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of roof surface & applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen primer 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm including APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced wih polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application, joints to be touched hot and width of overlaps not be less than 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over 15mm thick cement motar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement Motar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above Ser Item No 23.00 but except bricks tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/terrace by picking incl. taking down existing detoriated / decayed tar felt PCC tiles or any type of treatment including loose surface, scraping with scraper, chiseling, scraping of surface with wire brush or any other method, sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust etc. and removing the scraped materials debris to a distance not exc. 50 m.

M&L for providing 20mm thick bedding layer of cement morter (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction all as specified and as directed. Note :- Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying two coat of undiluted thick coat of acrlic reinforcement liquid applied elastorneric water proofing membrane with UV resistance properties and solar refective properties over one coat of primer (1:3, Dilution:water) Note: Every each coat gap between 6 hrs) complete all as specified and directed.
