Providing and fixing pre-painted galvanised (PPGL) steel profile sheets AZ-150 of brand TATA Bluescope steel, Everest Industries Ltd., JSW Steel Ltd., Jindal India Ltd., or equivalent. roofing acessories 0.50mm (+0.50%) total coated thickness with aluminium Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping aluminium screws complete :

Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (At all height upto 3.40 to 5.40 metres) (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in- charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 3 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof truss pipe complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling (At all height upto 3.40 metre to 5.40 metres) and walling with 12 mm thick plain/ semi perforated pressed particle board conforming to IS:3087, finished with a coat of aluminium primer on both sides & edges, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality on exposed face, fixed to existing frame with C.P brass screws and applying a priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (aluminium frame work shall be paid separately).

Removing of carpet flooring from wooden surface completetely and cleaning the surface to preparation for polishing etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing Auditorium Chair with necessary screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing pre-painted galvanised (PPGL) steel profile sheets AZ-150 of brand Tata Bluescope steel, Everest Industries Ltd., JSW Steel Ltd., Jindal India Ltd. or equalavent (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with aluminium zinc coating 150 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping aluminium screws (Xylan) of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
