Construction of Toe wall around the outdoor Switchyard of the S/s of size 0.75 Mt.At Base and 0.23 Mt. At top as per RESSPO Norms by lst class bricks in the ratio 1:6, Base concreting of the wall to be done in ratio 1:6:12 and plaster 12 mm thick in ratio 1:4.(All materials to be provided by Contractor).
Fabrication of switchyard fencing with wire chain link fencing mesh D fensing of as per drawing along with Fabrication of one number gate made of MS Angle, MS Channel, MS Flat together with locking arrangement, its Installation including the civil material, angle 50x50x6mm.(All materials to be provided by Contractor).
EARTH MAT Laying of earth mat in the switchyard by laying of M.S. Round of 32 mm dia in 500 mm deep trenches with M.S. Round 32mm dia,3Mtr. Long earth electrodes as per drawing. The work includes welding of the M.S. Round, connecting all steel structures in the switchyard with the earth mat by means of G.I. strips of size 50x6mm as per item below. (M.S. Round bar 32mm provided by Department )

Plinth of 10/5MVA 33/11KV T/F: Construction of plinth of size 3.46 x4.46 Mtr. For 10/5MVA T/F having 0.4 Mtr. above ground level. The work includes excavation of foundation, base concretion of CC 1:4:8 ratio (cement, fine sand & brick ballast) first class brick work in cement morter of rtio1:4 foundation CC in 1:4:8 ratio(cement, find sand & brick ballast) and RCC work in ratio 1:2:4 (cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge using MS bar of 10mm dia(tor) in reinforcement including its cutting, bending & binding in required shape. The work also includes laying of 2 No. 3.46 mtr. long rail pieces complete with cutting, welding & proper fitting etc. The plinth will be made as per drawing and shall be plastered/ finished on top and sides of the plinth.(All decentrlised materials to be provided by Contractor).
Fabrication, Errection & Grouting of Substation Structure:
Terminal Gantry and 33KV main Bus Bar Structure- Fabrication, erection, & grouting of gantry using rail pole and channel as per RESPO Drg. No. RES- 38.(All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).
Isolator Structure: Fabrication of Isolator Structure 3.5 mtr in height as per Drg. digging of two no. pits of size 1.075x0.9x0.3 mtr. providing Stone Pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC(cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge) of the ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075x0.3 mtr. including all civil material, T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting up to 40 Mtr., raising and erecting the two legs with runner on proper alignment and level and plumb. Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothing of edges.(All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).
Lightening Arrestor, Post Insulator,Fuse Set & CT Structure : Fabrication of Lightening Arrestor, P.I. & CT Structure 3.5 mtr. in height as per Drg. digging of two no pits of size 1.075x0.9x0.3 mtr. providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the Structure in CC(cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge) of the ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075x0.3 mtr. including all civil material, T&P complete in all respect. Plinth of VCB : Construction of Plinth of size 2.0 mtrx1.5mtrx0.9mtr. suitable for erection of upper structure of 33KV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment and level. Scope of work includes excavation of foundation base and concreting in CC 1:3:6 (cement, find sand & stone grit) 1st class brick work in cement mortor ratio 1:4:8.(All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).
Erection and installation of 33/11KV 10/05 MVA T/F
Erection and installation of 33/11KV 10/05 MVA T/F in a levelled position of the plinth. The work includes shifting of T/F to the site & installation within the S/S premises, assembling, fixing and fitting of all accessories with required packing and filling of T/F oil upto desired level. Ensuring that there is no leakage and all jumpering & connection are included in the scope of work.
Earthing for power T/F by way of boring and lowering of 40mm dia, 2.9 mm thick GI Pipe B class from ground upto the water level (minimum 60 feet deep) as per standard practice as per RESPO/REC Drg with making of earth pit of 300x300 mm & 1 feet deep with Cover. (All materials to be provided by Contractor).
Fabrication and grouting (1:4:8) of MS Channel 100x50mm in L Shape & in proper size and alignment to provide support through GI earthing strips (50x6)mm size for power transformer neutral including supply & fixing of flexible copper bonds for neutral earthing as per RESPO Drg. (All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).
Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of MS channel 100x50mm, 3.0 mtr. long joined to each other by means of 5 no. MS Flat 50x6mm pieces of size 150mm long each by welding at equal intervals as per drawing and grouting in block of size 300x300x700mm (1:4:8) complete. This includes providing of required MS Clamp made of MS Flat holding the cable including nuts & bolts and fixing of XLPE cable .(All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).
Installation of Isolators: Assembling and installation of line/ bus isolator on the isolator structure adjusting of opening mechanis in proper alignment so as to ensure smooth operation of the same. In case of line isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be ensured. The work includes fabrication & proper connection with earthmat/earthing by G.I. earth strip 50x6mm proper fixing if required (All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).
Installation of P.I. & Lightening Arrestors : Assembling, installation & mounting of 3 No.(1set) L.A. & Post insulator on the L.A & P.I. Structure/complete with making earth connections (separate) with GI Strip 50x6mm. The work includes fabrication for fixing if required. (All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).
Installation of CT: Installation of 3 No.(1 set) CT on the CT Structure along with CT Junction Box. The work includes fabrication, proper fixing of C.T. with making earth connections(Earth Mat/earthing) with GI Strip 50x6mm and control wiring connection, proper commissioning & testing.(All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).
Installation of VCB: Installation of 33KV VCB complete work with making earth connections(Earth Mat/earthing) with GI Strip 50x6mm including control wiring, commissioning & testing (All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).
Installation of Switchgears in Control Room:
Shifting carefully & installation safely 11KV I/C & O/G switchgears from outside the switchgear room placing and fixing of switchgear on foundation providing G.I. Bolt & Nuts of proper size in proper position and alignment. This includes checking, complete work with mounting of P.T. on incoming S/G with proper testing, connetion of earthing & commissioning of switchgears.
Fixing and making Bus Bar connections in between all switchgears after cleaning and tapping with H.T. Tape, empire tape and PVC tape properly, providing and fixing of 6 mm thick Bakelite separators and plugging of all opening & holes with plastic compound complete work as per required.
Shifting carefully and installation of 33KV DOUBLE Transformer Control Panel in Control Room including fixing, bolting & grouting of above as per required and testing, commisioning complete work as per required.
Shifting carefully and installation of 33KV Single Feeder Control Panel in Control Room including fixing, bolting & grouting of above as per required and testing, commisioning complete work as per required.
Earthing of 11 KV, 33 KV Switchgears & Equipment: Earthing of 11 KV, 33 KV Switchgears equpiment by lowaring and boring of Chemical Earthing outside of switchyard and connecting through G.I. Strip 50x6mm with indoor/outdoor equipments with making of earth pit of 300x300 mm & 1 feet deep with Cover. (All the material provided by the contractor)
Painting of all structures and equipments with good quality ISI Mark one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of Aluminium Paint. (All materials to be provided by Contractor).
HT Cable Laying :
Laying & dressing of 11KV 3x300 Sq.mm XLPE cable (D/ckt.) from 10/5 MVA T/F to 11KV incoming Switchgear by excavation of trench in the ground of size 450mm wide, 900mm deep providing 150mm fine sand cushion below the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by bricks, sand & stone slab and refilling & ramming of the left out soil. Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends. Cable laying work includes unrolling, cutting, making ring and sealing both ends of the cable. (All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).

Hoisting of 11KV Cable with 100 mm dia 3 Mtr. long GI Pipe on the feeder cable before mounting the cable on the double pole, lifting, mounting and clamping of 11KV feeder cable boxes on the feeder double pole structure and making connection including supply of cable mounting clamps. The work includes the sealing of GI Pipes, lower end of the pipe is to be buried into the earth by about one foot.(All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).
Hoisting of 11KV XLPE Cable for 11 KV switchgears & 33/11KV T/F of requried size.
33 K.V. SECTIONAL BUS BAR AND STRINGING : Stringing of 33KV bus bar using of ACSR Panther Conductor including fixing of Disc insulators. Strings and tension fitting complete with sagging of bus bar etc. and making vertical/Horizontal jumper connection through PG Clamps and connecting all the equipments with each other through connecting clamps. Work includes all the jump ring from terminal gantry to bus bar and from bus bar to transformer (1no. T/f bay's)
Construction of Control Cable trench of size 300x300mm including brick work 1:4 in wall of the trench, brick ballast work in 1:5:10 on foundation plaster 12mm thick with coarse sand 1:4 and surface finishing with cement, providing MS Strip at an interval of 0.5 Mt. and MS Angle (25x25x5mm) running on both the edges of trench. (All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).
Construction of welded frame type control cable trench cover 0.5 Mt. long suitable for trench including MS/Tor Bar.(All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).
Supply and laying of following size Copper Control Cable through underground/cable trench/trenching SGR interlinking through proper connections to T/F Control panel/protection board/Battery and Battery Charger/Bunch joints, Relay 33/11KV T/F junction Box/33KV VCB, CTs etc. as per site conditions:

STATION SWITCHYARD LIGHTENING
Erection of 8.5 Mtr. PCC Pole after excavation of earth in any type of soil and grouting of CC in ratio 1:4:8 (cement coarse sand & brick ballast) as per RESSPO Drg. With plinth.(All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).
Fixing & supply of 40 watt. LED street light complete fitting and of standard quality ISI markwith water light fittings, elbow etc. complete in all respect and suitable for above supports.(All materials to be provided by Contractor).
Supply & Laying of 3.5 x 70/35 Sq.mm PVC LT cable from 11/.04 kv,63KVA T/F to LT Distribution Board in switchgear room after digging the trench, laying cable and refilling of trench including connection at both ends after providing and crimpling of lugs of proper size, complete work.(All materials to be provided by Contractor).
Supply and laying of 2x6 sq. mm. aluminum cable from S.G. room to street light supports after digging of trench, laying of cable, providing a brick on top of cable , refilling of trench, making connections at poles with street light fittings, complete in all respect.(All materials to be provided by Contractor).
Laying of LT ABC (3x50+1x35+1x16) sq.mm for switchyard Lightening.

Concreting of supports in 1:4:8 ratio and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level by using cement, stone grit (RCC) and corase in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO drawing with watering/curing properly upto proper setting of plinthing.All matrial would be provided by the contractor.
Earthing of supports with Earth Electrode 2.5 mtr. length including excavation of pit and driving M.S. Rod upto proper depth and connecting the earth electrode with the help of 6 SWG G.I. Wire and earthing lugs. RESPO/ RES. drawing.Earthing of each section pole is also to be done. All type of nut & bot would be given by the contractor.
Painting of following supports with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum white paint of ISI mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of Post Office Red Paint (1.5mtr upper portion of support.) Paint and material would be given by contractor to complete of job.

Hoisting of 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm. XLPE cable on double pole including G.I. pipe of size 6" dia 3 M long and its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts. (GI Pipe,clamps ,nut bolt etc to be provided by contractor,)
Hoisting of 11 KV 3X185 Sq. mm. XLPE cable on double pole including G.I. pipe of size 4" dia 3 M long and its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts. (GI Pipe,clamps ,nut bolt etc to be provided by contractor,)
