Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 I. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. ii. For Grading II Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Using stone screening Type-B 11.2 mm for Gr.III

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement with M40 grade grade of concrete blocks having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 omplete including carriage. a) Including Edge block/ Edge restraints

PCC M15 Grade leveling course below approach slab complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Reinforced cement concrete approach slab including reinforcement and formwork complete as per drawing and Technical specification ii) TMT-IS 1786 ( Fe-500 D) Secondary Producer (ISI approved)

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 i) 900mm equilateral triangle

Supplying and applying two coats of Zinc rich anti-corrosive protective coating with "Nitozinc primer" of Fosroc or euivalent @ 0.20 Lit per Sqm over thoroughly cleaned and prepared steel bars including formwork as directed and specified by the department complete.

Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Clearing / Removal of rust from Steel members using sand paper and Iron brush including making and fitting of necessary scaffolding arrangement complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Greasing of Bearing with ULTRATACK AP3 grease including cleaeing of bearings with steel brush, removal of dusts and dirt with necessary scaffolding etc. complete as directed by the department.

RCC Guard Post: Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guard post 150cm long erected 75cm above the ground and 75cm below the ground with M-15 grade (nominal mix 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20mm size) of cement concrete and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering, moulding the top, curing including painting concrete surfaces in 23cm strips upto 0.75m from the top alternately in black and white and having 2 nos. reflective band of desired shade etc. complete as per design and as directed a. 30 cm dia. RCC guard post with reinforcement of 6nos. 12mm dia TMT main steel bars and 6mm TMT/ MS stirrups at 15cm c/c.

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1302 I. Stone/Boulder
