Clearing Scrub Jungle without alignment for the widening of the formation of the road cutting of trace up to 30mm girth products the cleaning are to be stocked in such a place as ordered by the departmental officer and the ground shall be left in a perfectly clean condition. All holes of hollows whether original, existing (or) produced by digging of roots shall than be carefully filled up the earth well rammed and leveled of and the entire work completed in all respect as per SI 17 (2).

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A

Picking Existing old Bt surface upto 50 to 100cm thick include all cost and conveyance of amterials etc., complete

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing laying and compacting red gravel in accordance with requirements of the specification materials shall be in one or more layers as necessary including watering, consolidating by the power roller rolling and all labour charges for soiling including hire charges for consolidation etc. complete.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam 50mm thickness using 0.2cum of 26.5-13.2 IRC machine crushed metal 0.43cum of 13.20-2.36mm IRC machine crushed metal and 2.36mm & Below IRC machine crushed metal with 37.00Kg of Bitumen for 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of materials to the departmental metric gauge for pre-measurement heating the bitumen boiler heating the aggregate and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant forBituminou Macadam and rolling by 80-100 KN power roller including labour charges for spreading hire and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant, bitumen boiler, all other tools and plants employed etc., complete

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5(Using Plastic Waste 8%)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorisng glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be levelled, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete as per Specification.

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of "category B" raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonae/ABS moulded body and reflective panels(bi-covex reflectors)with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the lifht entering the lens face with retro - reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also fonfirm to the MORTH circular NI. RW/NH. 33023/10/97-DO.III dt 11.06.97 and the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm, 15 mm and 90mm and base of markder shall be flat within 1.3 mm. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Poly carbonate or methyl methecrylate fonforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro - refloctory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq. cm.. The slope or retro - refloctory surface shall be 35 + 5 degree to base. Each 4reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH & H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be provided for better anchorage.
