M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in slope in 1:30 in pannels n. exc. 2m long including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness(below or above ground level),complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs etc for rough finished concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to SIdes for slabs and SIdes of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and SImilar work exc 10 cm but n exc 20 cm wide for fair finished concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and other similar works incl demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down and removal of loose / disintegrated old concrete up to 50 mm depth/ plaster and cleaning all loose dust washing with water and applying bonding coat nito bond AR or equivalent of modified styrene butadiene emulsion (SBR Bonding agent) by volume with the brushes etc to bind New Cement plaster/ polymer Modified plaster/ concrete/ screed concrete with old surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying 15mm thick plaster with polymer modified mortar fortified with SBR (Nitobond SBR 45 ) in proportion 1:3 by weight 5 litres Nit bond SBR 45 to added to 50 KG Cement with 13 litre water addition, finished surface to match with existing adjoining surface of ceiling, beams and alike complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

M&L and applying two or more coats of 2 component zinc based epoxy rust preventor (Nitozinc Primer-M) on corroded reinforcement after cleaning and removing the rust from corroded reinforcement with the help of wire brush and treating it with rust remover (Reebaklens RR) including thoroughly cleaning washing air blowing brushing etc complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. . Note : Qty of Zinc based epoxy rust preventor only shall be taken into account for payment purpose on the basis of actual consumption.

M & L for brick work with fly ash, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in CM in 1:6 including demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
