M&L for servicing of Air conditioning Plant unit of following capacity by checking the functioning of chiller pump, Checking of refrigerant,, replenishing refrigerant gas if required, checking of chilled pipe line, safety valve, Compressor and connected accessories for its proper working and replenishing of compressor oil, checking of microprocessor control panel and replacement of control panel wiring, lubricating the pump sets and fan motor including replacement of bearing and tightening of bolts and nuts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge of the following capacity of AC Plants are as under :- Note :- (i) The cost of compressor oil, PVC Panel for control panel wiring, grease for lubricating and bearing of motors shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Refrigerant Gas will be measured and paid separately. (iii) The quoted rates deemed to be inclusive of repair/ replacement of defective safety valve of existing size pressure rating, repair/ replacement of pitted control wiring, lugs, ferruls for proper functionality of AC Plant.

M&L for servicing of Air Handling units by removing the filter, vaccumising the filter, washing the filter and reinstalling the cleaned filter, brush the cooling coil and spray the foam coil cleaner including rinsing of coil, alignment of shaft & motor, servicing of chilled water line strainer for the AHUs, tightening of terminals of motor, replacement of V belts, replacement of bearings complete all as specified :- Note :- (i) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of blowing out the dust, chemical cleaning by spraying the organic based scale removing agent (Vaniklin) at the appropriate ratio till removal of complete dust & scale deposits in the fin area of evaporator coil, flushing through for proper air flow across he coil, cleaning of air filters, greasing of blower motor, replacement of unserviceable bearings, V belts, water drain lines, renewal of rusted sheet metal screws, applying synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on the rusted portion and testing & commissioning the unit.

M&L for carrying out servicing/ overhauling, repairs and maintenance of Cooling tower of upto 100 TR water cooled chiller type central AC plant by dismantling/ taking down the CT fan motor of flange mounted extended type shaft upto 7.5 HP, 3 Phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, along with fan assembly and including cleaning & removal of scales, inspection, cleaning and replacement of PVC fills, PVC eliminator, FRP louvers, motor cover, splash cups etc complete including renewal of all corroded bolts & nuts, terminal block and re assembling, fixing in position, fixing of fan blade and alignment of the fan blade for the suitable air throw of the cooling tower, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of anticorrosive paint after preparation of surface, testing and commissioning the cooling tower motor all as specified and as directed Note :- (i) The spareswil be paid separately under respective items.

M&L for Dismantling the pump of following capacity, isolating suction/ delivery line connections, checking the worn out parts like impeller, shaft, stuffing box, shaft sleeve using micrometer and transporting to workshop for repairs, checking the conditions of bearings removing scales from impeller and pump housing, building the worn out metal of transmission shaft to required level, machining to the required size on lathe machine, grinding and finishing to match the sleeve and fixing into the housing, re- assembling, transport back to the installation, installing in position, check for alignment with dial gauge, inserting shims where necessary, refixing with coupling, tightening with torque wrench to required level, re- connecting the flanged pipe connections of suction,/ delivery, greasing for bearings including replacement of rubber insertion etc complete all as specified and directed: - Note:- Spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule

M&L for Charging refrigerant F-22/R-22 (Mefron/Refron) gas (to be brought by contractor at site from authorised dealer /manufacturer in sealed cylinder of 61 Kgs) in plant after detection/rectification of any leakage in the system by using CO2 gas and flushing the complete system thoroughly with Nitrogen gas, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of Nitrogen/ CO2 gas used for leakage test and pressure tests prior to filling /charging gas F-22/R-22 shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates.

M&L for Charging refrigerant R-407 (Mefron/Refron) gas (to be brought by contractor at site from authorised dealer /manufacturer in sealed cylinder of 45 Kgs) in plant after detection/rectification of any leakage in the system by using CO2 gas and flushing the complete system thoroughly with Nitrogen gas, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The cost of Nitrogen/ CO2 gas used for leakage test and pressure tests prior to filling /charging gas R-407 shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates.

M&L for De-scaling and cleaning with the help of mechanical pump system through well qualified technician/mistry for entire chocked water and gas circulatin system like condensor unit, chiller unit, AHU colis and pipes with all chiller and condensor refrigent piping system complete including, condenser (heat exchanger) to cooling tower, circulating concentrated servicing of valves de-scaling by chemical solution (ORISCALE BLASTER) mixed with water in suitable proportion including full filling it on cooling tower system till the time and storage in system minimum 24 hrs their whichever is later and as ordered by EIC, up to completion of deposit/scale is removed on system their after it circulating through pump, cooling tower, water spray assembly and cleaning with suitable size of drill rod, wire brush including connecting all dismantled components in proper position after serving/overhauling /greasing etc including replacement of new one packing seal/gasket of pump and chiller unit/condensor unit, valve etc with 3mm thick an nuts, bolts with washer, and make it leakage proof system and testing on load complete of following capacity / size:-
