Dismantling the entire roof covering including brick tiles/ concrete tile of any thickness, mud phuska, mud plaster and water proofing treatment any number of layers or thickness etc. of any description upto RCC roof slab and cleaning the surface including flashings and junction of parapets, etc. with wire brushes and water to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removing the retrieved material to a place fixed by civic body and applying neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for necessary temporary arrangement of water supply from existing connection to toilets, bathrooms and kitchen for convenience of the occupants staying in quarters until completion of entire roof treatment and no any extra payment shall be made on this account. Note: Dismantled material should be removed manually using stair all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using graded crushed stone aggregates as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using graded crushed stone aggregates as in roof kerb or mud stops mixed with acrylic base liquid water proofing compound including all necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for 75mm thick (average thickness) plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions as in roof padding finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply only of water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions on concrete/ brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply only of water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.30 litre per sqm over cleaned and dry roof surface including parapet. (b) Applying a coat of blown bitumen 85/ 25 grade @ 1.20 kg per sqm over priming coat of roof. (c) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 3.60 kg/ sqm as specified. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch-on application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end overlap. The APP membrane shall be fixed with termination bar and fasteners and end shall be properly sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar (1:4) to provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet. Make of APP membrane: Pidilite Industries/ STP/ IWL/ Torch Tar as approved by GE. Note: The quoted rate by contractor shall be deemed to include necessary scaffolding and form work as required upto 15.00 Mtr high buildings.

M&L for 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick machine pressed cement concrete tiles; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigments over and including 20mm thick screed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting out existing cracks to V-section in roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 ltrs but not exceeding 500 ltrs, draining out of water, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair/ cleaning and removing accumulated sludge/ dirt scales from tank bottom, side and from mouths of circulating pipes of service tanks located on roof of building and disinfecting the tank using bleaching powder to make the tank bacteria free, writing date of cleaning of tank by stencil with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground; height of words 100mm, and hoisting if required, re-fixing and reconnecting in position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/ hoisting, rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 500 litre capacity ‘double layered’, hoisted and fixed in position including inlet, outlet and drain pipe with plug including dismantling existing tank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PTMT ball valve high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball, screwed suitable for 20mm borer iron pipe having minimum weight 210gms complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length, with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall and making good the mouth of rain water pipe in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius, fixed to pipes with adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 100mm bore of pipe stack clamps out of 50 mm x 5 mm flat iron suitable for 100mm dia pipe and 16mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down existing steel water tubing and connections 15mm bore for re-fixing or removing from site to store for reuse or credit including taking down standard fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing 15mm bore galvanised iron tube medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor including clamps for fixing to wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-fixing galvanised water tubing 15mm bore with new fittings in new or old position, fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor including clamps for fixing to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing steel water tubing and connections 20mm bore for re-fixing or removing from site to store for reuse or credit including taking down standard fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing 20mm bore galvanised iron tube medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor including clamps for fixing to wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-fixing galvanised water tubing 20mm bore with new fittings in new or old position, fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor including clamps for fixing to wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for uprooting completely natural vegetation/ plants, stems of trees (upto 30cm girth) grown up on walls, parapets or in roof and making good the damaged/ disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using graded crushed stone aggregate to match with the existing surface complete all as specified directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc. and removal of rubbish to as place as marked by civic body complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with using subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 27.00 above but except bricks. (Old bricks retrieved vide item No. 26.00 above shall be re-used after cleaning etc.)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc. of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish to as place as marked by civic body complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding and formwork as required upto 15.00 Metre high buildings.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- 1. Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately. 2. The rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding and formwork as required upto 15.00 Metre high buildings.

M&L for roughening of surfaces of old concrete slab by wire brushing, sweeping, cleaning and washing down to removal all loose dust etc. and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm on roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding and formwork as required upto 15.00 Metre high buildings.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brickwork or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking out joints of old cement concrete tiles/ brick tiles built in cement mortar, laid on roof average 10mm deep and cleaning with wire brush and re-grouting and flush pointing the joints in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement to make it leak proof complete all as specified. Note: The rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding and formwork as required upto 15.00 Metre high buildings.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions @ 3% by weight of cement as on concrete surfaces (such as top & sides of chajjas, beams, balcony ceiling etc.) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). Note: The rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding and formwork as required upto 15.00 Metre high buildings.

M&L for preparation of new wall surface plastered or un-plastered and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding and formwork as required upto 15.00 Metre high buildings.

M&L for complete removal of existing surfaces of old painted walls & applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified. Note: The rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding and formwork as required upto 15.00 Metre high buildings.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall care putty: JK PUTTY/ BIRLA PUTTY/ ASIAN PUTTY.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on ceilings including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old treated steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding and formwork as required upto 15.00 Metre high buildings.

S&F in repairs gun-metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for 15mm bore iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
