Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m deep and n.exc.1.5 m wide in any type of soil and forming bottom surfaces for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm thick over the cable complete all as specified and ditected.

Supply & laying brick for protection of cable sub class 'B' laid dry flat across the cable with width equal to the length of whole bricks complete all as specified and ditected.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal surplus soil at a distance n. exc. 50 m and deposited where diredted at a lavel not exc. 1.50 m above the starting pont complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for boring, holes for inserting of 20 mm bore GI pope under the road/hard standing or any other location not less than 1200 mm deeep complete all as specified and directed.

M & L GI pipe 20 mm bore light grade fixed on pole/under road/on wall for protection of cable including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing defective LT UG cable from trenches / pipes / pole for fault finding / replacement, all as specified and directed of any size between 10 Sq mm to 16 Sq mm 3.5 core/4 Core. ( Note-Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item. )

Supply and laying ,jointing and testing XLPE insulated extruded 10 Sqmm 4 core PVC outer sheath and inner sheath galvanized steel armoured cable with aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS 7089 (Pt I of 1988) laid in tranches/ pipe/duct/pole complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item above but size 16 sq mm 4.0 core….ditto….

Supply and fixing in reapir Decorative garden pole made of aluminium pipes fitted with cast aluminum/steel embellishments duly polyurethane paint coated, 2-2.5 m in height, internally pre wired. Poles must be provided with Base plate made up of cast aluminium 250mm X 250mm X 12 mm with provision of holes of size 12 mm for inclusion of anchor bolts. This base plate shall be fitted welded to the pole shaft at two locations i.e. from inside and outside. The Poles shall have door of approximate 500 mm length at the elevation of 500 mm from the base plate. The door shall be vermin resistance , weather proof to ensure safety of inside connections and shall be fixed with the exterior surface with suitable locking arrangement . Inside of door there shall also be suitable arrangement of connector block for the purpose of connection of cable of size upto 16 Sq mm 4 core , earthing and one No MCB SP 16 Amp including provision for cable entry through and inluding HDPE pipe (from trench to pole) of required size complete all as specified and directed. Make - MFMD - 109, May fair or equivalent in bajaj, mepro. Note : The rate quoted shoul be inclusive of following for foundation work :- (a) (i) M & L foundation bolts of size 12 mm dia and 600 mm long ( 4 Nos for each pole) & each having three nuts & washers suitable for fixing of pole of 2.5 mtr height,complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Excavation complete all as specified and directed. Approx Qty 0.5 CUM (iii) M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations , filling and mass concrete approx Qty 0.36 CUM complete all as specified and directed. (iv) All earth work inclusive of exacavation, returning and removal of soil for foundation.

Supply and fixing Decorative top lantern, 25 Watt, natural white, with driver, internally prewired and connected with MCB provided in garden poles complete all as specified and directed. Make : Mayfair - MFMD PTL LED 25 W or equivalent in Mepro, bajaj /Shakati or crompton.

Taking down existing street light fitting/flood light/post top lantern of any type and make & capacity.

Supply and fix outdoor spike lights, weather proof IP- 54 Protection, 12 Watt, natural white, internaly pre wired, including necesarry clamps, nuts and bolts for botling onto the surface complete all as specified and directed. Make : Phillips SKU : 919215850754 / equivalent in Bajaj / Shakti.

Suply and fixing in repair/replacement PCB for 20 KVA Three phase inlet and outlet UPS, Control card, Power supply Chip, Inverter driver, Inverter Integrated insulated gate bipolar transitor(IGBT) Qty - As required for repair, UPS alarm, Incoming and outgoing Ports, Incoming DC MCB, Outgoing AC MCB, including complete overhauling and servicing of UPS for Ensuring smooth power supply and making it serviceable in all respect, complete all as specified and directed. Make : BPE Epx DSP PCB /equivalent in Bajaj / Shakti.

Supply and fix in replacement external Battery bank module having SMF battery of capcity 35 Ah, 32 in No.s along with necessary connections with the UPS complete all as specified and directed. Make Exide / Amaron

Taking down Existing Main Fire alarm Control panel (FACP) and refixing the same at a location not more than 20 mtrs from existing, including provision of necesarry bracket for mounting. Software updation and programming of FACP with latest updates for smooth interaction with intelligent adressable Optical (Smoke + Heat ) Detectors, Repeater panels, Hooter strobes and control modules, replacement of Main FACP PCB, make : simplex as per existing model or as specified by the OEM for easy and smooth detection and alarming of any fire hazard and making it serviceablle and functioning in all respects complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing Optical (smoke + heat ) detector, noting down the sequence and refixing the same all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying of 2 core x1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unarmoured cable , 600 / 1100V rated with annealed solid copper conductor, through and including PVC conduit of suitable size , complete all as specified & required at site

Supplying & laying of 6 core x2.5 sqmm fire survival armoured cable, 600/1100V rated with annealed copper conductor having glass mica fire barrier tape covered by an extruded layer of Cross Linkable Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulation and LSZH inner bedding, steel wire armouring & LSZH outer sheath complete as required.

Material and labour for point wiring with two single core 2.5 sqmm cable (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed cable, 1100 V grade in and including concealed PVC conduit of size not less than 20mm dia with modular metal flush box, 1.6 mm thick of suitable size and modular white cover plate with frame of suitable module and wiring to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes including all accessories and using single core 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed cable as in earth wire (green colour) connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Modular socket outlet 2 in 1, 6 pins 6A and 16A, combined 2 module, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking Down Old U/s LT Panel, feeder pillar box etc. complete all as spceified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600X600X6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not les than 2.25 M deep below GL with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below GL) connected with GI earth strip of 25X4 mm as earthing leads by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers beside Welding / brazing at all joints as shown on drawings and including excavation, earth work. GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI earth strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1chamber and MS angle iron frame of 40mmx40mm x3 mmand RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -I and conected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick prcast SFRC( steel reinforcement concrete) cover drain / manhole cover and other similar articles of size 600mm X 1000mm having load capacity to bearing minimum 20 Tone load including side brackets for proper fixing complete all as specified and directed by eng-in-charge. Note:- Rate inclusive to replace old drain cover if any and placed whree directed by eng-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded sotne aggregate as in coping, level course, hauncing and other similar articles complete all as speicified and directed.
