Disconnecting electric and fuel connection and decoupling of engine from alternator for repair of engine including strip opening of engine and dismantling of radiator, fan, water pump after opening nusts, bolts of 82.5 KVA DG Set . Air cleaner, water circulating pipe etc for opening of rocker cover, housing rocker arms and taking out piston, piston ring, connecting rod, CR bearing, inlet and exhaust valve and complete DC wiring etc and fixing of spare part of machine work required at site to complete The repair including complete servicing the engine all as required at site including the engine all as required at site including re-assembling the engine in existing position complete (Spare part will be measured seperately under respective items) including testing on completion Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for crank grinding , polishing and cutting of main bearing as required size etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in - charge.

M&L for repair of Caliberation checking & pressure testing the fuel injectors including replacement of worn out parts ,cups barrel washer and testing the same after fitting with engine capacity 82.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr -In- Charge.

M&L for repair of Caliberation checking & pressure testing the fuel injectors including replacement of worn out parts ,cups barrel washer and testing the same after fitting with engine capacity 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr -In- Charge.

M & L for Calibration of FIP including supply & fixing in replacement plunger, DV, governor wet O-Ring, Pin roll, barrel, Pin ball bearing spring, washer for 82.5 KVA capacity of DG Sets complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in -Charge

M & L for Calibration of FIP including supply & fixing in replacement plunger, DV, governor wet O-Ring, Pin roll, barrel, Pin ball bearing spring, washer for 400 KVA capacity of DG Sets complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in -Charge

M & L Cleaning of radiator for 82.5 KVA DG Sets by using Keroscene oil and radiator cleaning solution (Ready to Wash) by pressure of pump and brush and removing radiator from the Gen Set including taking to work shop, making necessary welding/brazing to the leakage and Re-assembling after painting of the same complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Cleaning of radiator for 400 KVA DG sets by using Keroscene oil and radiator cleaning solution (Ready to Wash) by pressure of pump and brush and removing radiator from the Gen Set including taking to work shop, making necessary welding/brazing to the leakage and Re-assembling after painting of the same complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and topping up of best quality antifreezing, inhabitor (coolant) liquid for DG set of various capacity and locations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of Old surface of DG sets 82.5 KVA, preparing the surface by rubbing with fine emergy paper and making the surface smooth and re-painting with two coats of super quality synthetic enamel paint by spray gun fully matched with its original colour and makint good entire DG set (Engine, alternator, foundation, diesel tank and radiator unit with canopy) and including marking SM/MES No on DG sets with diffrent paint maintaining colour code to the DG sets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meteres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, layinng and testing in replacement of LT underground cable ISI marked XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable armoured and PVC shealthed heavy duty 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands, jointing materials etc laid in trenches, floor ducts and fixing material on pole, wall complete of 95 SQMM 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement ON LOAD change over swithc 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 160 Amps complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
