M&L for chipping out spilled and loose concrete cover and derusting steel reinforcement of concrete column, beam, slab, chajjas, parapets and the like as directed up to 25 to 35mm thick roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting steel wire reinforcement, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75 x 75 x 2mm as reinforcement to concrete surface applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guniting mix using one part of OPC 53 grade and two part of sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00kg/Sqcm by guiniting machine and surface finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/scaffolding, formwork (guniting work to be carried out up to 10 metre height) complete as directed at site Note :- (a) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with wire brushes, washed with water and allow to dry, apply chemistic polycretes admixture @ 2.25 kg by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instruction. (b) when polymix concreting in taking condition,guiniting is done with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions (polycrete admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorised dealer). (c) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

S&F for Heat Resistant Terrace ceramic Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x minimum 10 mm thick) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and set and jointed with epoxy tile grout to match the colour of tiles using 3mm thick PVC spacers complete including providing skirting along the parapet walls of height as directed in the same manner including 15 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed

M&L for Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered and hold fast on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of stone slab, tiles and washed stone grit plaster on external surface of any description or thickness on cooking platform, floors, aprons, skirting etc laid bedded and pointed in any morter complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Contractor shall be bounded to carryout repair / maint upto G+4 storey building and the rate shall be deemed including scafolding / double scafolding, safety equipments and misc accessories.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 8-10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm of size (600mm X 1200mm), in floors etc. including with 4mm PVC spacer and filling of joints with appoxy grout to match the shade of tile as approved including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 8-10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm of size (300mm x 300mm / 600mm X 600mm), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchcomplete including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles double charged (light shade) 8-10 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) colour/shade/design/size match to floor as in skirting laid on 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) , set and jointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Glazed Ceramic tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm (600mmx600mm), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular)area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.36 sqm, as in skirting laid on 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Non - Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

(iii) Welded shutter (02 Nos) of size 40mmx60mmx1.3mm thickness 45 degree cut mechanically joint with 6mm allen key bolt clamp with 5mm clear glass both side EPDM rubber gasket metal body hand lever type single point lock, aluminium kobra hinges 2 Nos per shutter. (iv) 12mm SS 202 grade round bar safety grill at 100mm cc distance modified to 150mm cc distance in front of handle, welded at both ends with 6mm SS 202 grade round bar. (v) Welded wiremesh shutter (2 Nos) of size 40mmx18mmx1.3mm thickness 45 degree cut with 0.45mm nominal dia of SS wire mesh, SS 75mm long hinges & PVC magnet. (vi) Entire window shall be powder coated with pure polyster coat of any shade as approved by GE. (vii) Window shall be installed with silicone.

(v) Welded wiremesh shutter (2 Nos) of size 40mmx18mmx1.3mm thickness 45 degree cut with 0.45mm nominal dia of SS wire mesh, SS 75mm long hinges & PVC magnet. (vi) Entire window shall be powder coated with pure polyster coat of any shade as approved by GE. Providing and applying two coats of smooth acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish having voc less than 50 grams per ltr complying leed criteria @ 1 ltrs (undiluted)/10Sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint, complete all as specified and directed.
