Labour and Tools as required for lowering the high mast rack of any height from the existing positions in any location carefully, Checking, servicing, repairs to high mast structures, checking all electrical connections, cables in and including as under mentioned works and lifting up carefully after rectification of defects/ maint nature work services :- (a) Labour for replacement of unserviceable minor parts i.e teriminals, control wirings etc of flood light fittings along with connected electrical cables etc, refitting the entire mast rack assembly. (b) Servicing and lubrication works to canopy, guides (for smooth separate ways for ropes & cable) (c) Adjustment of winch assembly properly on mast, Servicing and lubrication to flexible steel wire ropes, junction boxes, Air termination rods, Door transition plate, pully system, 3 phase motor and gear system all as per site requirements as directed by Enginer-in-charge. etc. Note : 1) The quoted amount is inclusive for all type of repairs and spares as required on the sites for proper working of high mast system and no extra amount shall be paid in this regard. 2) The flood lights if necessary for replacement shall be arranged by the Deptt under here in after mentioned items or Deptt store.

Disconnecting Incoming cable and all out going cables of any sizes from the old / unserviceable street light box of any type, model carefully, taking out all cables carefully as per site conditions and kept a side for reuse and reconnections in the new panel as per site requirements, taking out existing old street light box from the site carefully complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Earth work and PCC work as applicable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply , Fixing and Testing Powder coated Outdoor street light control box of size not less than 300 x 200 x 80 mm CRCA 3 mm thick IP 65 fabricated by CPRI validated certified approved panel manufacturere's in and including suitable terminal TPN 10 KA SMC Connector, MCB C Type SP 6 Amps , canopy on top in a slanting manner, weather proof, hinged doors, side locking system with hinges and also panel locks on top and bottom of door in and including fixing of MS flat on rear side of the box for fixing on Steel Pole using MS clamps of suitable size not less than 25 x 5 mm nut bolts washers etc all as per site requirement including cable reconnections with new luga and glands as required at site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting Incoming cable and all out going cables of any sizes from the old / unserviceable main switch / bus bar of any type, model carefully, taking out all cables carefully as per site conditions and kept a side for reuse and reconnections in the new bus bar as per site requirements, taking out existing old switch panel from the site carefully complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Earth work and PCC work as applicable shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting Incoming cable and all out going cables of any sizes from the old / unserviceable panel of any type, model carefully, taking out all cables carefully as per site conditions and kept a side for reuse and reconnections in the new panel as per site requirements, taking out existing old switch panel from the site carefully complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Fabricate, Supply,installation, testing and commissioning self supporting totally enclosed factory fabricated LT panel board outdoor type manufactured powder coated using seven tank process powder coated made out of 3 mm with CRCA sheet from CPRI Certified validated panel manufactureres with front and rear both sides openings, double compartmental wise doors being a out door panel,ventilating louvers, dust and vermin proof neorprene rubber gasket, danger plate and manufactureres label on front and rear of the panel, double earth strip provisions bottom of inside of the panel along with earthing studs - 02 Nos on body outer side of the panel for external earthing connections, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc chromium plated nuts, bolts and washers etc suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 vots, 50 Hz mounted on suitable size MS channel in and including MS Angle iron frame of having minimum 50 cm above Ground level and 50 cm below ground level or PCC foundation all as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per site requirements, supply and fixing new aluminium lugs for connecting In / Out new cables or old cables connections,The panel comprising of the folowing items complete all as directed .Location - LRDE Near E/M installation

Disconnecting Incoming cable and all out going cables of any sizes from the old / unserviceable timer panel of any type, model carefully, taking out all cables carefully as per site conditions and kept a side for reuse and reconnections in the new timer panel as per site requirements, taking out existing old switch panel from the site carefully complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Earth work and PCC work as applicable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply install testing and commissioning timer switch box out door type complete in and including 3 phase contactor MCB TPN of rating 63 A C type, coonnector fuse and all other connected accessories etc using suitable rating cable connections, toggle switch for auto / mannual mode, connecting incoming and out going cables LT cables with required addition / alterations to panel comparatments as per site requirements all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make - L&T/ABB/Schneider/C&S

Disconnecting Incoming cable and all out going cables of any sizes from the MCCB carefully,, taking out all cables carefully as per site conditions and kept a side for reuse and reconnections in the new panel as per site requirements, taking out existing old MCCB from the site carefully complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Earth work and PCC work as applicable shall be measured and paid seprately. Location - Near E/M installations Outdoor Panel

Supply and fixing for replacement adjustable magnetic and adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic MCCB 415 V 4 pole 100 Amps ICS = 100% ICU 25 KA in and including additions/alternations in the panel MCCB compartment as applicable as per site requirements along with replacement of cable lugs/connectors complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer- in charge.

Taking out the existing old or burnt or defective LT Under Ground cables undermentioned sizes from panels/duct /trenches/loop etc near the sub stations/poles area etc including disconnecting cables both ends, tracing out the fault with the help of megger as per site requirements for following cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge. Note:i) Earth work as applicable on the site shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

Supply and lay testing commissioning cable XLPE insulated with aluminium stranded aluminium armoured LT cable 1100 volts grade of following sizes in tenches / on walls /poles including suitable MS clamps for fixing, new aluminium lugs for connecting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note:i) Earth work, HDPE DWC pipe as applicable on the site shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m & depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for boring with trench less technology or machine or mannual boring tool as per site requirements of road / unreinforced plinth / floor etc for laying of new cable /relaying of U/G cables / HDPE DWC Pipe / GI pipe etc making good etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : HDPE DWC pipe, PCC 1:4:8 and 1:3:6 shall be measured and paid under the respective item of the work for making good on the site all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and dismantling of old/damaged concrete of any description near existing road edge portions / poles / Panels / sign boards foundation,coping etc of any type etc located at various locations carefully by arranging a proper supprt support to old poles / panels to avoid any damages etc, removing from site and making good distrubed portions near poles / panels etc to match with the adjacent areas in all respects per site conditions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC for foundation near road boring edge portions, poles/Panels/cable trenches etc etc of any type etc 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed Engr - in - charge.

M&L PCC near road boring edge portions, plinth, coping round / cylindrical or rectangular/square shape etc with a proper slope on top surface near existing transformers/poles / panels / PCC or near earth pit walls etc whereever necessary as per site 1:3:6 type C-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Supply and laying of HDPE DWC pipe 77 mm outer dia and 63 mm inner dia (double wall corrugated pipe for laying for protection of cable and drawn underground cable, with smooth inner face and corrugated outer surface, stiffness class SN4, IS 16098 - 2013 IEC 61386, pressure rating SN8 anti rodency non flame propagation permanantely lubricated inner layer complete all as directed by Engr - in - charge.

Supply and laying of HDPE DWC pipe 120 mm outer dia and 103 mm inner dia (double wall corrugated pipe for laying for protection of cable and drawn underground cable, with smooth inner face and corrugated outer surface, stiffness class SN4, IS 16098 - 2013 IEC 61386, pressure rating SN8 anti rodency non flame propagation permanantely lubricated inner layer complete all as directed by Engr - in - charge.

Supply and lay for replacement pipe galvanised iron tubing light grade of 40 mm dia for post top lantern pole / in trenches / near panel /near floors / near walls using GI reducer or bend, other fittings etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay for replacement pipe galvanised iron tubing light grade of 50 mm dia for post top lantern pole / in trenches / near panel /near floors / near walls etc using GI reducer or bend, other fittings etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix for replacement PVC insulated 1100 volts Aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts of size 4 sqmm 2 core from loop in box to fitting including taking down unserviceable defective cable all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. .

Supply & fix for replacement PVC insulated 1100 volts copper conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts foof size 1.5 sqmm 3 core round type from loop in box to fitting including taking down unserviceable defective cable all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing old or defective Street light/security light/perimeter light fittings / Post top lantern with all wires brackets switches etc of any description and type from street light pole and from wall of buildings of any height complete after disconnecting the electrical connections properly without disturbing other electrical connections of poles / building cables complete directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing energy efficient LED security light fitting of 25W pressure die cast aluminium housing/body, heat resistant clear toughened glass, better optics for uniform distribution street luminaire, with driver, including electric connection with using 3 core flexible copper conductor cable 1.5Sqmm from ceiling rose to light fitting, fixing the light fitting with new bracket made out of GI tubing light grade 25mm dia, 1.2 metre long bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom, including two Nos clamps made out of MS Flat iron size 25x3 mm with suitable nuts and bolts for fixing of bracket including painting to MS clamp and nut bolts with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete fitting with all accessories and following specifications, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Lumen system efficacy of luminaire should be minimum 120 Lumen per watt. Material and labour for circuit wiring with 3 X 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated cable copper conductor multi standed using copper lugs on DBs in and including supply & fixing of new PVC conduit, surface type wiring with all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing SPN DB 4 way Double door factory made powder coated with manufactureres rated busbar 240 Volts, capacity IP 54, for using MCBs as incomer and out going circuits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only LED post top lantern light fitting of 40 watts energy saving,Die cast aluminium housing, CRI≥70, Input voltage 200-240V, CCT≥6500K system efficancy≥ 120lm/Watt, surge protection ≥ 3KV IP65 Ingress protection,symmeeetrical light distribution spun aluminium land sccape luminaire with power LED as light source clear cover offers bright illumination comprising IP-65 with protection complete with all accessories and lamp colour white and fixing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI pipe poles of height 6 mtr from the existing locations after disconnecting existing cable connections carefully along with old unserviceable conventional, corroded light fitting all as per site complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply errect testing steel tubular swaged poles 410 SP-31(9.0 meter long) complete with CI base plate and finial complete, lettering and marking on pole upto 1.5 mtr above the PCC coping with yellow and black colour paint 30 cm each strip all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
