Dismantling of existing CHANNEL and stacking the serviceable kerbs properly at site and disposal of the unserviceable kerbs upto to average lead of 2 kms. Complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of PCC and stacking the serviceable PCC tile properly at site and disposal of the unserviceable pcc tile average lead of 2 Km. The rates also includes cost of clening of sand over Cement Concrete surface 1:8:16 complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismentling, stacking, strengthening and re-fixing of M.S flat railing on brick masonary toe wall or on ground by providing C.C 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0" x 0'-9" x1'-0" Complete in all respect. The rate also includes cost of applying synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, One more coat of old work.

Repair of existing M.S railing by adding New Missing Members except outer frame of flat. Compleate in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer- In-Charge

Fixing of dismantled PCC kerb after excavating /filling the earth to required level and grade complete in all respects The rate also includes cost of filling and pointing of joints with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) Complete in all respect to entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing PCC kerbs of size 1’-0” x 1'-0” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes the cost of filling and pointing of joints between kerbs with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 course sand) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Fixing of dismantled PCC channels after excavating /filling the earth to required level and grade complete in all respects The rate also includes cost of filling and pointing of joints with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) Complete in

Providing and fixing PCC channel of size 1’-0” x 1'-0" x 3” made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes the cost of filling and pointing of joints between kerbs with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 course sand)and finishing of surface complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator) manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, and excluding of disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dresses (DSR 2.6.1-2.36)

Carriage of earth by mechanical transport including loading, unloading Lead of 5 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the E-I-C. (DSR 1.1.2)

Prepration of sub grade including trenching, rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level and camber, watering, rolling with a road roller and compaction of bed complete in all respects.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size recycled Aggregate (RA)

Providing and laying 60mm thick high density factory made cement Concrete interlocking paver blocks of M-30 grade made by rubber mould table type platform with strong vibrarting compaction hydraulic press compaction method of approved size and design /shape laid in required colour and pattern over the 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 course sand) as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (Without Colour pigment)

Re-fixing of PCC Tile including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying PCC tiles of size 1'-0" x 1'-0" x 2" thick made 1:1½:3 duly vibrated, mechanically & compacted duly cured and finished. The PCC tiles are to be laid/fixed over 20mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4. The rates includes filling/ grouting of with cement mortar. Complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (or by using recycled Aggregate of C&D Waste processed plant.)

Providing and fixing M.S. flat railing having flat size 50x12mm having 6'-0" long and 2'-3" high above ground level and 1'-0" below ground level welded with 2no's M.S. flat 40x10mm horizontally at 6” upper and 6” from bottom including 1nos. ms flat 25x10mm horizontally welded below top frame making a T and 10no's M.S. square bars of 45 degree angle at 6" center to center between the 2no's horizontally M.S. flat 40x10mm including the cost of 2no's 12mm dia nut and bolts with 2no's M.S. pipe of 19mm dia and 3" long sleeve piece. The bottom of vertical ounter M.S. flat 50x12mm shall be provided with 9" long anchorage piece of MS flat 50x12mm welded at bottom and railing shall be properly embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0"x0'-9"x1'-0". The complete railing shall be painted with two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
