Supply of base plate (dummy) with gasket and 06 nos. M-10 SS bolts suitable for 330 mm outer dia, 220 mm dia top opening isolating transformer housing box etc. as required.

Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight, round type, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10mm thick cast iron all around and 15 mm thick cast iron on top surface confirming to IS 224 moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole at one side surface centre suitable to receive one of 50 mm dia "B" class GI pipe and including check nuts as required and another hole to receive one No. 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nut as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 X 30 mm tapped inside near the hole and having a drain hole at the bottom suitable tapped to receive 15 mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 06 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts, housing box shall be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of black enamel paint etc. as directed by Engg. in charge and as per drawing as required.

Supply of elevated, low intensity LED type, omni directional, blue lens with minimum average intesity of 2cd,taxiway/ apron edge light fittings complete with LED lamp, holder, lens clamping mechanism, encapsulated Driver Unit, suitable heat sink, breakable coupling, central column assembly, 2 pin secondary lead, rubber gaskets, base plates with 6 nos M 10 stainless steel bolts with threading, spring washer and other accessories etc. as required.

Supply of isolating transformer of 5 KV Grade suitable to operate LED light of low intensity light fitting encapsulated in polyester resin finally moulded in neoprene rubber with primary and secondary connection as required. :- 15Watts, 6.6/6.6A

Supply of isolating transformer of 5 KV Grade suitable to operate upto 200 Watt,inset light fitting encapsulated in polyester resin finally moulded in neoprene rubber with primary and secondary connection as required. :- 200watt, 20/6.6 amp.

Supply of isolating transformer of 5 KV Grade suitable to operate, LED light of low intensity light fitting encapsulated in polyester resin finally moulded in neoprene rubber with primary and secondary connection as required. :- 15Watts, 20/6.6A

Supply of following size 5KV grade, suitable to operate on unearthed system,XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor, single core, Airport Lighting cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part-II) with upto date amendment and confirming to particular specification etc. as required. :- 1 X 6 Sq.mm

Supply of following size 5KV grade,suitable to operate on unearthed system,XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor, single core, Airport Lighting cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part-II) with upto date amendment and confirming to particular specification etc. as required. :- 1 X 16 Sq.mm

Supply of following 1.1 KV grade cable with stranded Copper conductor, unarmoured, XLPE/ PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, confirming to IS as required. :- 3C x 2.5 sq.mm.

Supply of following 5 KV grade, primary connector kit with plug & receptacle ,suitable field attachment for following size 5 KV grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, single core stranded copper conductor cable as required. :- 6/16 Sq.mm

Supply of high intensity inset type runway edge light fitting,color-white/yellow,Minimum average intensity: 10000cd (white) / 4000 cd (yellow) complete with shallow base and matching body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover made of die cast aluminum complete with 2X105 watts, 6.6 Amps. pre-focus reflector halogen lamps, suitable for the fitting with connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, prism / lense, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, hardware and all standard accessories and ready for site installation confirming to ICAO Annex 14 as required.

Providing and laying 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire for loop earthing along with cable as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. :- 40 mm dia (OD - 40 mm & ID-32 mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. :- 63 mm dia (OD - 63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supply, laying and fixing of 50 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) with G.I. fittings required as per site condition in existing groove / soft soil (excluding groove cutting in hard standing area and excavation, refilling in soft soil etc.) as required.

Making connection of 5 KV grade, primary connector kit with plug & receptacle ,suitable field attachment for following size 5 KV grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, single core stranded copper conductor cable up to size 16 sq.mm.

Supply and connection of Moulded secondary lead of multi stranded annealed conductor PVC sheathed unshielded cable of length 2.5 meter and 1.1 KV grade etc. as required.

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade up to 35 sq. mm size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe/HDPE pipe as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Runway edge light inset type fitting with core cutting machine in the bitumen/pavement area of runway with aligment and setting, including sealing material and installation of isolating transformers, crimping/joining of plug & receptacles and connections of secondary leads along with other accessories required for commissioning i/c supply of all materials like receptacles/connectors etc.as required.

Installation of Transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x150 mm , all around concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick ,the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 300 mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling (wherever the transformers boxes are to be installed in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centre fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of Bi-directional/ unidirectional/omnidirectional, ELEVATED/ INSET type of Runway Edge Light/ Turning Pad lights and its supporting pipe fitting etc. from the base plate, isolating transformers from transformer housing box after opening the base plate and M10 size SS/ MS hardware etc. as per site conditions.

Installation of Bi-directional/unidirectional/ominidirectional, ELEVATED type of RUNWAY / TAXIWAY/ EDGE LIGHT / TURNING PAD LIGHT etc., complete fittings on the existing base plate of C.I. housing box, installation of isolation transformer, interconnection , testing, commissioning including thoroughly cleaning the fixtures and its accessories, before installation etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Cutting groove of size 100 mm wide and upto 200mm deep (or as required) with saw cutting/ Bitumen/ Concrete cutting machine, refilling and finishing the surface with suitable cement concrete and a layer of ready mix bitumen/ road bond for bituminous surface, etc. complete as required.

Making kerf in shoulder and turning pad area of size 30 mm x 50 mm including chipping, hammering etc. and leveling the surface with suitable sealant material etc. as required.
