Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceiling etc including rakking out joints , hacking for key , scrubbing down with water at any height etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L 12 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface, surface finished even and fair complete.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound, surface finished even and smooth complete.

M & L 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces on fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing plastered or unplastered surfaces of new wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of Walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of Primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of Old decorated distempered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distermpered and painted surfaces and distempering wall by applying one coat of distermper oil emulsion of any tint/ shade complete all as specified.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on prepared wall putty surfaces of internal wall all as per specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old wall surfaces over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint on wall complete.

M&L for preparation of old wall surfaces and applying one coats of coloured acrylic water emulsion paint as per the manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The Contractor shall furnish Guarentee Certificate for the service rendered.

M & L for the removal of old treatment with sand paper and applying one coat of French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning or preparing of surfaces etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out veeds, small polants/trees over chajjas, roofs, walls at any position and at any situation in ground floor/roof or in 2nd floor roof, ACC roof parapets and making good with cement plaster and surface finish to match existing surface all as directed.

M L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc 30cm high etc all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass pane (any thickness , size, quality or description) from steel frame glazed with putty or fixed with beads at any height.

M & L for 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc. 0.5 sq m in each pane.

M & L for 3mm thick figured glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc. 0.5 sq m in each pane.

M&L in repairs for heritage regular flakes finish which is made from china clay, pigments homo polymer emulsion and bonding agent Acrylic emulsion Top coat (glossy/matt finished) based on solvent based polymer 0.8mm to 1.2mm thick single coat as per approved shade, as per manufacturers instructions and applying on vertical surfaces of walls, columns, pipes soffits of beams and chajja etc complete all as specified and directed.
