Providing and Fixing at site designed heavy duty Industrial modular rack with inbuilt locking system with other nearby racks for stability, conforming to steel HR 4/21.6MM IS code 2062. The whole steel members shall be of approved make is JSW/Essar & Tata. All the material manufactured shall be through automatic machining with high quality and precision. No fabrication & Manual intervention shall be done on site/plant. Vertical sections shall be made by roll-forming machine. The parts to be designed with high precision and shall be manufactured with good quality and without any rough corners, welding’s edges should be smooth. The overall finishing shall be done through superior quality powder coating line only with seven tank pre-treatment. Upright Angles: All the upright angles to be powder coated with High Quality powder coating with a medium coating thickness of 50 micron. Roll-forming ensures the same high quality of the upright. The angle is the main component providing structural support to the storage bay. The angles are roll formed to provide uniform angle of 90 degree bend with no camber (curvature in center due to bending on press machine). Size of upright 60 x 40 mm with 2 mm thickness with base plate 150x150x4mm. The horizontal beam 80x40x3mm only for bottom back and front other horizontal beam 60x40x1.6mm with beam connector 60x40x3mm. The Bracing 10+15+40+15+10mm with back side cross bracing 1.6mm thick. The shelves panels are manufactured from galvanized coils/sheets For 250 kg load capacity - panel should be 4 bend, with 0.8 mm thick galvanized sheet. The final finish of the steel components will be with superior quality powder coating on fully automated powder coating line. The desired specifications of the final finish are as under. Parameter Values (as per std.) Baking Temperature: 1800oC Dry Film Thickness: 50 microns. Nuts & Bolts all fasteners will be provided of make HP/Hilti & Nettle folds. Agency has to prepared the sample for approval, drawings given are tentative, agency has to do modification if any suggested without any extra cost. Necessary manufactures test certificate shall be submitted for the following: 1. Raw Material steel 2. Powder Coating etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. BASE PLATE AND UPRIGHT SECTION, BEAM AND BEAM CONNECTOR, LOCKING SYSTEMS, BRACING- Sample of rack got to be approved by the competent authority before supplying at site

Size of modular rack-1550 X 1250 X 2820 MM ( approximate) with FOUR equal compartments with load carrying capacity approximately 700kg in five tier as per drawing attached. Rack drawing attached is tantetive , specification will be as per above. Weight of one rack will be 230 kg(all steel and GI sheet including nut bolt etc.). Final supply will be based on sample approved by department. Less weight of steel/ GI sheet used in rack as per sample approved will be recovered at the rate of Rs 160.00 per Kg .
