Demolition of cement concrete(un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for roof /chajja padding including removal of debris outside MD land complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm grades stone aggregate as in Padding over roof / chajja finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:3 surface finished even and surface without using extra cement including WPC (WPC measured and paid seprately) complete all as directed.

M&L for Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm and providing 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing 3.0 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 150 gm /sqm having softening point not less than 140 centigrate, having tensile strength of 650N/sqm and 350 N/sqm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg /Sqm top of membrane surface shall then be finished with solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm including taking down existing roof treatment and removing from MD land all as directed. (WPC measured and paid seprately) complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cmx25cmx22cm thick, machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floor and cut and polished over in 15mm tick screed bed cement mortar (1:3) complete all as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Stone Walls Concrete Surfaces including Racking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc. complete removal of debris outside MD land complete all as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on concrete surfaces of external walls in CM 1:4, surface finished even and surface without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for Dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of stone walls of external surface in CM 1:6 including racking out joints /ponting on stone masonry and complete removal of debris outside MD land complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (i.e. 10 + 5mm) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with 2 percent integral water proofing compound by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions in top layer and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item) complete all as directed.

M & L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as directed.

Cutting/chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of columns, beams, facias, slabs, Chajjas & cartilevers etc., and trimming cleaning the surfaces of any thickness all as specified and directed. M/L for applying epoxy treatment for bonding old demolished concrete surfaces incl application of one coat of notozinc primer to the exposed reinforcement and over plastering in CM 1:4 average 20mm thick finishied even and smooth without using extra cement to level the surface etc incl necessary scafolding as required at site and where required complete all as directed.

M&L for hardcore with broken stone aggregate of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layer not exc 15cm thick , watered and rammed to true surface complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 75 mm thick (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in Plinth protection finshed the concrete surface even and smooth W/O using extra cement including sealing compound for joint filing as per Para 20.B.2.10 in SSR Part-I (2009 print) complete all as directed.

Rotational moulded polyethene water storage tanks1000 lit capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I including dismantling of existing water tank including 25mm Ball Valves, 25mm Union, 25mm gate valves, complete all as directed.

Rotational moulded polyethene water storage tanks 750 lit capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I including dismantling of existing water tank including 25mm Ball Valves, 25mm Union, 25mm gate valves, complete all as directed.

Rotational moulded polyethene water storage tanks 500 lit capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I including dismantling of existing water tank including 25mm Ball Valves, 25mm Union, 25mm gate valves, complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 500ltrs but not exc 1000ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. after Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20mm bore complete all as directed.

S&F 20m outer dia CPVC Pipe (ISI Marked) SDR II & plain CPVC SDR II fittings fixed on wall, celing or floors complete all as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for (Columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed.

Ditto item No 35 above but 6 to 8 mm dia complete all as directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls,chajjas, beams, landings, deck slab and like complete all as directed.

Preparation of New Plastered Surfaces and applying two Coats of cement base paint on Walls complete all as directed.
