Providing, laying, WBM Grade-3 with 22.4-53mm size Stone Ballast, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled static roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Grading 3 as per clause 405.3 (Including all taxes required & i/c hire charges of road roller)(Excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (Including all taxes required & including Cost of bitumen VG-10)(Excluding GST)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen )(Excluding GST)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen )(Excluding GST)
