1) Strengthening the Road from Edappadi - Magudanchavadi Road to Kaligoundampalayam Panchayat Limit Via Poovanur Km 0/0-3/60 H/o Kannanderi
Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.
Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning - 1 sq m
Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for base-course and side berms.
Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
Applying PRIMECOAT over WBM/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.
Applying TACK COAT over Primed WBM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.
BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25/30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher, vibratory / phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5
Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.
