Reifored cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 landings balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases sand sprial stari cases above plinth level up to floor five level, exculuding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse and (zone_II) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal zise)Ch5/SI 5.1.2

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attahed pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, olums, pillars, piers, abutmetns, posts and struts etc. Above plinth level up to floor five level, inluding cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement :1:1:.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone-III) graded stone Ch 5/SI 5.2.2

Reinforced of Reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work when not included in and an over all rtaes) bourth to reqiured shape as necessary including bending for proper comletion of the work and including the supply of stel and its waistage Bend hooks binding wire and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level.

Earth work in Filling of earth foundation in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.5M and lead upto 30M and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches as per specification complete.

Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc complete as per specification.PWD Ch 6/ SI 2- 6.1.1

Steel work in built up tublar (round square or rectangular hollow tubes etc) trusses etc including cutting hoisting fixiing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, inluding welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Electric resistance or induction butt welded.CH 10 Si no 10.16.1

Painting 2 coat over priming coat (But excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not excedding 0.10 sqm. In area with superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol 3, Hi gloss apcolite, superlac, Durcux spcified burishing to give and even shade and including the celaing the surfae of all dirt dust and other foreign matter and papering and scrapping. Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
