Note for OHT repair: - (a) The Tenderer shall submit the memorandum of understanding (MOU) from the manufacturer to execute the items with trained persons for application within 15 days from the date of commencement of the work as per date mentioned in work order No.1. If he fails to submit MOU within 15 days he will not be allowed to commence the work. No extensions of time will be granted for the period lapse in submission of MOU. (b) The work shall be undertaken having experience of OHT rehabilitation work and experience certificate is required to be produced within seven days of Acceptance of Contract. (c) Bidder must submit the authorised applicator certificate at the time of awarding the contract, before commencement of work.
