Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description in ground floor & paving (not exceeding 15cm below/above ground level) and removing from site upto a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement Concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, sunken portion & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or terrazo from brick walls or concrete of any description,racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris upto a distance of 50m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rough cast plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 following (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement Plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 Cement : 1/2 Coarse sand : 2 Stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with grooves all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately.

M&L for forming grooves of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer repair to the edges of panels and finishing the grooves complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Wood, Steel or RCC posts or struts of any description and section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling barbed wire mesh / chain link fencing of any type of posts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum getting out in soft/loose soil returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50mtr and making good surface all as specified`and directed by Engineer in Charge..

M & L for PCC 1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

S&F rolled steel section as in posts and struts in fencing, fixed independently, without connecting plates etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting etc and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 16 here-in-before but fixing only old serviceable steel section complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly. BOO duly countersigned by GE shall be enclosed with final bill.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Supply of chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only mild steel screw bolts machine made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut shank size 5mm to 10mm dia and n. exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 21 here-in-before but fixing only old serviceable barbed wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for framedwork such as door or gates of flat, angle rolled or other section, partly ornamental design including gusset plates, braces, grills, guard bars, cooler stand etc with ends of bars shouldered with steel window / ventilator, welding or riveted, or forged into spikes; and similar work conforming to E-165 (Fe-290) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only mild steel in flat, round or square bars, in available length in FE 410-W (Gde E-250) quality -A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for 60mm thick precast interlocking paving blocks factory casted using grey cement and pigment, machine pressed and of any shape hexagon/ triangular/ zigzag/ I-shaped etc as directed having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm M-35 grade conforming to IS-15658-2006 and laid over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for 80mm thick precast coloured interlocking paving blocks factory casted using grey cement and with pigment, machine pressed and of any shape hexagon/ triangular/ zigzag/ I-shaped etc as directed having compressive strength not less than 400 Kg/ Sqcm M-40 grade conforming to IS-15658-2006 and laid over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for (factory casted, rubber moulded) pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone of any size or any thickness with plain fair faces, smooth finish, including chamfering, weathering, throating etc set in cement mortar 1:4, including necessary form work and excavation & earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed & temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metre & depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches & pillars etc of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 35 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work using fly ash bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for 25mm thick providing Precast cement concrete louvers and jallies set in CM 1:4, type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 as on roof surfaces with WPC conforming to IS: 2645-2003 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M & L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate with WPC (Conforming to IS : 2645-2003) in roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as specified below as directed :- (a) Cleaning, washing of surface and removing all existing bitumen coatings completely with intense wire brusing or high speed water jet, surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. (b) All cracks upto 3mm at corner joints, channels and parapets should be treated with crack seal and bigger cracks, dmanged portions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars. (c) Applying one coat of prime seal / Epoxy Primer/ Shaili Urethane BTD white diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm (0.20 Kg BTD + 0.20 Kg water) (d) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net / 50gsm Geotextile mesh upto 300mm on walls. (e) Applying three coat of Hydro Shield PUD micro fibre reinforced UV resistant polyurethane (solid content 68%) / Damp proof ultra UV stable fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers (Solid content 55%) / Smart care PU magnum elastomeric water proofing coating based on hydrophobic plyuethane (Solid content 85%) / Single component elastomeric Liquid Membrane Shali Urethane BTD white/ coloured (Elongation 400% + 50, Solid contents > 80% & Specific gravity @ 30 OC 1.5 + 0.03) @ total 2.00 Kg per sqm in two coats for maintaining thickness of 1.5mm, with paint brush / roller upto 300mm on walls. (f) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of water proofing manufacturer. Make : Dr Fixit/ Asian/ STP Limited Note (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturer's instructions, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 19,200.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/demolished/taking down material. Please refer detail on srl page No 21 (Schedule of credit) of Tender Documents.
