REPAIRS TO STROM WATER DRAINS CULVERTS AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT INS CHILKA UNDER GE CHILKA

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 300 mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar including bedding haunching complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes class NP-3, laid and jointed complete with collar of 300 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to 300 mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, ccomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L walling of random rubble masonry (Except Stone), uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Serviceable stone obtained from demolition shall be reused under this item. The rate quoted under this item is inclusive of cleaning of stone for reusing as required.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonary uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonary uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 including raking out joints of old brick work or stone work built in cement mortar; not previously plastered; and scrubbing down with water etc. to receive plaster in repair work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone wall and concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc.,complete all as specified and as directed.
