Earth work excavating for foundation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 m in soft disintegrated rock, laterite, soft rock (or) kankar not requiring blasting as per standard Specification as directed by the Engineer at site.

Earth work excavation for Foundation in Hard rock by Wedging and Chiseling and trimming to proper shape where blasting is prohibited and stacking for measurements including all leads, lifts etc., as per standard specification and as per instruction of the Engineer at site.

Providing form box for various size plinths above ground level including cost of steel strutting with cost of all materials,labour , lead, lift etc., complete as per standard specifications as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Labour charges for assembling of various plinth template for providing concrete, including transporting from one plinth to another aligning fixing to correct level and dismantling the template after concrete, including cost of Labour lead, lift, etc., complete, as per standard specification.

Supplying and Fabrication of 20mm dia sizes of M.S grouting bolt including cutting, bending, threading 100 mm length including galvanizaion and providing 2 nos. nuts with washer etc and fixing them in plinth including cost of material, Labour lead, lift, etc., complete, as per standard specification.

Supplying and Fabrication of 25mm dia sizes of M.S grouting bolt including cutting, bending, threading 100 mm length with galvanized and providing 2 nos. nuts with washer etc and fixing them in plinth including cost of material, Labour lead, lift, etc., complete, as per standard specification.

Re-Filling with Excavated Earth in Plinth foundation including cost of all Labour, lead, lfit etc., complete.

Disposal of surplus earth away in low lying area with a lead of 100 Mts including spreading and levelling labour, lead, lift as per standard specification, etc., complete.

Brick work in C.M 1:5 using chamber burnt class II bricks, for Breaker approach steps & Cable duct including, cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lifts, etc complete as per Standard Specification.

Reinforced Cement concrete in C.C. 1:1½:3 mix, using 12 to 20mm HBG machine crushed metal for Cable duct raft & Bkr including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lofts vibrating charges including cost of shuttering as per standard specification, etc., complete. but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Reinforced Cement concrete in C.C. 1:1½:3 mix, using 12 to 20mm HBG machine crushed metal for CABLE DUCT COVER SLAB including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lofts vibrating charges including cost of formwork as per standard specification, etc., complete. but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Reinforced Cement concrete in C.C. 1:1½:3 mix, using 12 to 20mm HBG machine crushed metal for CULVERT SLAB including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lofts vibrating charges including cost of shuttering as per standard specification, etc., complete. but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Providing steel reinforcement MS/RTS rods for reinforced concrete works, including cost of steel MS/RTS rods, binding wire, labour charges for cutting, straightening bending as per type design drawing, placing aligning, and tying properly with all leads and lift as per standard specification, etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12mm thick, including cost of cement, labour, curing, all leads and lifts as per standard specification, etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats of cement paint of approved quality based on the one coat of white cement including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, Labour, Lead, Lift etc., complete and including necessary crack filling paste, putty whereever required.

Supply & Fixing of GI angle of size 45x45x6mm to required length subject to a average length of 0.9m keeping in required alignment and level in yard cable duct fixing at 600mm C/c including cost of angle, galvanisation, labour for fixing lead, lift etc., complete.

Labour charges for Transporting of all cable duct cover slab from curing to duct keeping them alignment and fixing them in position including lead, lift, labour etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of approved quality of MS Rails (90 LBS) for transformer plinth including proper alignment and interconnecting the two rails with flat on both ends by welding including labour, lead, lift etc. complete, as per standard specification.
