Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in built in cement sand 1:4 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete ceiling surfaces finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying acrylic thick wall care putty on internal surfaces of walls/ceilings (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior painting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc and applying two coat of cement base paint with highlighter of any approved shade @ 5 sq.m/kg/1 coat over & including a coat of exterior wall cement primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of cement based paint by using following brands of cement based paint and primer by brush or roller complete all as specified & as directed.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats to ceilings surfaces over & including a coat of interior primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete work 1:4:8 type D-2 in sub-case to flooring etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement cocnrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab (nearest to 58cmx58cm in size) flooring 18mm (+ 2mm) thick laid over and including 20-22 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 as base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing incl 100mm wide border of Baroda Green Marble complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut mirror polish, kota stone slab, 18mm (+ 2mm) thick as in risers of step, skirting, dado etc and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM (bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic glossy finish, joint free premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering.

M&L for anti-skid ceramic joint free premium quality coloured tiles 300 X 300 mm and 6-7 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) over and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

Baroda Green marble, machine cut as in floorings/ shelves/ steps/ cills/ jambs/ skirting/ border only in tile flooring and the like works and flooring etc, 15-16 mm thick including bull-nose the exposed sides/lengths, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab for fixing on concrete surfaces or with suitable adhesive for fixing on un-polished kota stone slabs including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing and including dismantling/demolition complete all as specified and directed. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves

M&L for Granite (Jet Black colour/shade-South Indian) of any type machine cut as in flooring shelves/steps/counter tops, 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab or with suitable adhesive for fixing on unpolished kota stone slabs and including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing and bull nose on exposed sides complete all as specified . Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves.

M & for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with the following course of treatment/ specification: (i) Cleaning top surface of floors /slabs and laying 50 mm thick (avg) PCC of grade M10 (Nominal mix) , mixed with WPC as per manufactrrer's instruction laid in slope 1:20 towards spouts including coveting corners (ii) 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on sides mixed with WPC as pe rmanufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying 1st layer of slurry @ 0.488 kg / sqm mixed wth acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.253 kg /sqm This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4 hrs. (iv) applying 2nd layer of slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with accrylic based polymer modified cementenous compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm.This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs.(v) Applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 penetration @ 1.50 kg/sqm on plastered and concrete surfaces (vi) Providing 150 micron thick polyutethene paint in two coats (each of 75 micron measured dry on dry surface over a coat of PU primer including preparation . (vii) 2 Nos 32mm bore GI medium grade 450mm long spout ,to be provided through external wall to drainout accumulated water. (viii) Sunken floor shall be tested for water tighness by filling water for 72 hrs before and after treatment work is carried out and ensure that no leakage /seepage exists (ix) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean concrete of grade M7.5 stone agreegate

M&L for vitreous china squatting pan of Orissa patten size 580 x 440 white colour including CI S/P trap long size as directed joint run and lead front or back inlet with integral footrest including connection to trap and to flushing pipe,anti-syphonage pipe, etc, fixed in repair complete and making good to floor in CM 1:3 all as directed and specified.
