M&L for Elegant Tile made of perforated cement fiber composite (595X595)X5mm thickness covered with absorptive microfiber coating on the front side and Acoustics fiber on the back side, water resistance, fire resistant absorption coefficient upto 0.89 at 160Hz tested as per ISO 354. The tiles are anti-sag and installed on T24 grid system of 0.6mm thick Main "T" length min 3000mm, web min 35mm to be placed at 600mm centre to centre and secondary cross 'T'of length 600mm web min 35mm interlocked, wire support for main T to be taken at every 1200mm length wise and 600mm width wise, with a backing of 50mm 1000GSM thick absorb wool tested as per Fire Retardant IS 15061-2002 for excellent results complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: (a) Work shall be executed by manufacturer's instructions and manufacturer tests results shall be submitted by the bidder. (b) Material shall be approved by GE.

E/M WORKS

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth for laying of Cable/Pole/Stays, etc., getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in Soft/ loose Soil and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm in Soft/ Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc. 50.00 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand (Fazilka) Cushioning (dry) in trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (15 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 8 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 18 Cm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

M&L for Brick protection cover of UG cable by old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B’ laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Making bore below the road for crossing the GI pipe light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection and fill the putty on both sides of the GI pipe after crossing the armoured cable to avoid the water inside complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Galvanized steel tubing 50 mm light garde for protection of cable fixed to pole/walls or laid in floors, road crossing ducts with all necessary fittings and fittings and fixed with clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip of size 32x6 mm, 7.5m long means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connecting to earthing test point and testing on completion with and including PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C-1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting book made out of 6mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per Item No 16 suitable for 16A Socket with 2.5 Sqmm area Copper conductor cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose 240V, 3 phase/PVC/polycarbonate isolated body complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16A, 250V, 2P+earth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 2x 16 watt flame proof ,CMRI certified for gas /vapour group of IIa & IIIB , Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver , holders, connectors etc complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size.
