Excavation in trenches in soft /loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in, watering and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of road side burm/ mud hump of any thickness and width, grass & grubbing up bushes etc upto 50mm below the road level to avoid any damage to water supply/ electric supply/ sewage line etc. and removing the same materials to outside the defence land in any vehicles, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of 75/100mm dia rain water pipe including all fittings complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, floor etc., 110mm bore complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, floor etc., 75mm bore complete all as specified.

Material and labour 16 to 20mm thick granite work (of any type), machine cut (table rubbed and polished) as in steps jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, shelves in copboard, hand wash place and like including necessary cutting and grooving to walls and making good including 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) screed bed or bedding layer and pointing with cement mortar (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including demolition of existing broken stones/cement mortar etc and removing the debris out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 15 to 18mm thick Dholpur stone as on wall cladding, pillar, arches, hexagonal pillars and all facing etc one side single length with machine cut face work, laid and jointed in cement and sand mortar (1:2) including aerolite chemical and recess pointing pointed with an admixture of white cement and dholpur stone dust (1:1) and making edges, work in small patches, stone shall be of uniform colour and size as per site requirement fixed, over & including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of existing broken stones/cement mortar etc and removing the debris out of defence land complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing 2mm thick fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with bolts coach screws and washers with steel framed gate, walls and fencing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials/brick bats/stone/mud etc including loading, unloading and stacking the material out of defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour welding in repairs of any length & thickness of metal to be welded n. exc. 6mm complete all as specified.

Taking down shutters of any size and re-fixing in the same opening after welding/easing and adjusting and making the door closing properly including re-fixing builder's hardware complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only barbed wire (except barbed wire i.e serviceable barbed wire obtained from Srl item No. 14.00) and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed Note : Each line wire to be measured.
