S & F water heater storage type Geyser vertical type with suitable size of fastner and, inner tank material of superior glass line tank and outer body material of ABS with high pressure with standing enabling (up to 8 bar pressure) capacity including provision and connecting up of SS braidedpipe with adopter for inlet and outlet water connection having edjustable knob for temperature control and inner tank should be glass line coated, capacity 25 Ltrs, having heating element 2 KW and not less than 5 star rating, suitable for ,230 volt, 50 Hz electric supply complete all as specified and directed.

S&F modular type AC box single pole and Neutral with a two pin earth plug and socket complete with a mini MCB SP 20 Amp 220 volts, 50 Hz, 10KA breaking capacity, including fixing completly in wall with sutable sand and cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates are inclusive of cutting / chases for mounting Modular metal box concealed in wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces with OBD / colour wash / white wash and wall putty where ever required.

M & L for Point wiring in open cashing caping / conduit pipe wiring with PVC FRLS insulared multi stranded unsheathed cable 2.5 sqmm size with starnded copper conductor ,1100 volts grade confirming to IS : 694 drawn in & including concealed PVC rigid conduits 20mm dia incl cutting of chase for laying conduit making good the surface as per existing surfaces or as directed with concealed sunk in pressed steel terminal boxes of 1.6mm thick factory made and painted with stove enamaled black paint covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet of required colour fixed with brass screws and cup washers incl with 2x2.5 sqmm & 1x 2.5sqmm cable for earth connection for one 3 pin AC box outlet ,20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x250mm/450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces laid over and including plaster 8-10mm thick in CM 1:4 as in skirting/dados on vertical surfaces including carefully removing existing tiles whereever required and fixing new tiles in the same location complete all as specified and directed .(Note Tiles dimension & Pattern shall be close to existing tiles as closely as possible)

S&F GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings fixed to wall / ceiling or laid in floor including connections in existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed. Note : tee,bend,elbow,reducer any item required for connection is included in quoted rates.

S&F bib tap 15mm bore of cast copper alloy (heavy duty) CP fancy type scrwed to iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop cock of 15 mm dia cast copper alloy (heavy duty) CP fancy type screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting chases,pinning in brick wall for concealed GI pipe , cutting n.exc 10cm grith and making goodto facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.
