REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT, CHAJJA, PLASTERING ETC AND CONNECTED WORK IN ZONE-I AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE JAIPUR

Taking down existing roof treatment complete including demolition of PCC, Mud phuskas, lime concrete etc any description upto mother slab, and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes and removing the debris out side of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Water proofing tratment to existing roof/terrace using Single component, acrylic based, flexible, micro fibre reinforced waterproofing and heat reflective coating system. the treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and shall include. (a) Preparation of substrate and cleaning it off all loose and triable by mechanical means (b) Open the cracks lines to form , V grooves with cutter/hammer/chisel up to 5-10mm and filling with crack filler and PU sealant. (c) application of primer coat @ 0.2 to 0.3 kg/ sqm followed by the first coat @ 0.75kg/ Sqm. (d) The second coat shall be applied @ 0.75 kg / Sqm and reinforced with fabric re-inforcement between the first and second coat. (e) The top coat of primer shall be applied after the second coat dries off @ 0.05-0.08 Kg per Sqm. (f) The material shall adhere to following specification. The installation company should be trained and authorized by Manufacturer & installation to be carried out as per manufacturers approved method statement. All auxiliary & accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Any component used which is not manufactured by the particular manufacturer can only be used with official approval from manufacturer

M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying average PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) finished even & fair to cover negative slope and benching with along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape complete as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L Mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed and specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, any description on brick, stone walls or concrete surface of ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed
