Design, Consultancy and preparation of Conceptual Architectural Designs for all the components, site inspection, Soil Investigation and all required tests, preparation of contour plan, site plan, building layout plan, architectural drawings, sections, elevations, Structural Designs, electrical layout, sanitary and plumbing drawings, drainage system, boundary wall and main gate design, 3D perspective views , working drawings including vetting of drawings from IIT/NIT/ DIQC and to the complete satisfaction of the concerned AEE and autheticated by Executive Engineer PCD J&K before hiring. THE ABOVE DRAWINGS SHALL HAVE TO BE PROVIDED AS Five (05) SETS OF HARD COPIES (03 Sets in A0 Size and 02 Sets in A3 Sizes) & ONE SET OF SOFT COPY OR MORE IF REQUIRED. Payment shall be made only after rceipt of tax invoice from the architectural of minium value of 1% of the allotted cost.

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
