M&L for Carry out application of 'Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' EPCO-KP-100 or equivalent on concrete surface. This inhibitor has migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a vertual extent of 100mm, through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It has properly to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep hole in structural members at the interval of 500mm center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-Charge in RCC structural element complete all as specified and as directed Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes - Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles - Insert 12mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzlesto be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing . Cure the system for min 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles - Cut the nozzles by chiser after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including mixing of material. Mixing of materials :- Mixing of material components (part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching. Grouting maintain the pressureat exit (0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural element @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles. (Beam and columns) complete all as specified and as directed

Filling the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs .Brush apply the first priming coat (Dr Fixit primeseal or equivalent ) on prepared concrete or plastered surface by diluting two parts of primeseal with one part of water and allow to dry for 4 hours .Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating (Dr Fixit newcoat / waterseal concentrate of M/S Krishna Conchem products ) without dilution at the rate of 2 sqm per litre over the primed surface .On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open woven fibre glass mesh min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completely.Immediately apply the second coat with a roller , to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh .Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry . Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L for surface preperation by mechanical means to remove all loose particles liatance , oil and greese etc and applying two coats of Dr Fixit pidfin 2K all over the sunken portion and upwards over the masonry wall upto 6-7 feet and 6 to 8 hours after completion of first coat , take up second coat application in a direction perpendicular to the first coat . After the second coat is completely dry apply a 3 rd coat of Dr Fixit Pidfin 2K and sprinkle coarse sand while it is still wet .
