Construction of Bank protection work

Item No. 1: Earthwork in cutting river bank etc. to the design section and grade and removing the spoils to a safe distance including cutting uprooting and removing trees upto 15cm dia, uprooting and removing roots and stumps etc., including excavating the earth boulder sausage of 1.00m dia, 50cm under river bed shape,size and grade etc. with all lead and lift, complete as directed.

Item No. 2: Collection of hard broken stone of size 13 mm to 38 mm from blasted boulder free from dust and dirt and foreign materials including stacking at quarry site, complete as directed.

Item No. 3: Collection of one man size 25 cm to 30 cm hard river boulder including stacking in measurable stacks of not more than 1.00 M height at quarry site and making payment of forest royalty etc, complete as directed.

Item No. 4: Carriage of boulders, gravels, metal screening, stacking in measurable stacks at site, complete as directed A) For Normal Road upto 25.00 KM

Item No. 5: Labour charge for spreading hard river gravel/broken stone of size 13mm to 38mm to the required thickness including ramming, dressing the seat before laying the materials as directed with lead up to 30m & lift upto 1.5m complete as directed.

Item No. 6: Labour charge for pitching with one man size boulder including dressing and ramming the seat to proper size and slope, pitching etc. with local carriage of boulders from a distance of 60 M with lift upto 3 M, complete as directed.

Item No. 7: Construction of 1.00 M square boulder sausage including supplying of materials with 25 cm to 30 cm size boulders collecting from a lead of 25 KM encased in 15 cm mesh of 8G hexagonal wire netting and filling the voids between the boulders with stone not exceeding 18 cm in size tied with 8G galvanized tying wire at 30 cm apart, laid in position as directed including necessary local carriage of materials, paying necessary forest royalty including providing 1 (one) no. of jati bamboo horizontal runner along the top of the sausage with vertical bhaluka bamboo post 1.20 M apart driven at least 0.60 M below ground and tying with sausage etc, all complete as directed. ii) With river boulder

Construction of Supporting Pillar (75 nos)

Item No. 1: Earth work in excavation of foundation of canal structures in all types of soil as per design and drawing dressing the foundation, shoring, etc. removing the surplus spoils by head load to a safe distance from the working place and depositing required spoils in uniform layers dressing, watering, breaking clods to not more than 10mm cube with compaction complete as directed at site (including bailing out stagnant water where necessary).

Item No. 2 : Soiling in foundation floor at all levels including filling interstices,ramming etc complete as directed and of specified thickness with 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Item No. 3: C.C work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc.with hard broken stone agg. of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc.where necessary complete as directed. Construction of Sign Board

MECHANICAL Supply & fabrication of steel floating Barge (2 nos)

Bottom, side & deck portion of the Barge: Supply & fabrication of M.S. Plate , M.S. Angle, etc. of bottom side & deck portion of the barge of size, 12.30 m × 4.58 m × 1.37 m along with supply & fabrication of M.S. Channel for installation of pump sets, M.S. Angle for pipe support, etc, complete as directed by the Department as per drawing. The job also includes painting of the barge with 2 (two) coats of anticorrosive metal primer followed by 2 (two) coats of anticorrosive black bituminous paints, complete as directed by the Department. Each successive coat of the paint is to be applied after normal drying of the previous coat, complete as directed by the Department

Super structure of the Barge: Supply, fabrication & erection of roof support of height 1.9 m providing post of M.S. Angle with necessary clamping & welding at the top of the barge along with roof truss & purlin made of M.S. Blank pipe fitted with necessary welding & bolting, complete as directed by the Department.

Roofing items of the Barge: Providing TATA / DYNAROOF make C.G.I. Sheet / Roofing of size-3050 mm (L) × 910 mm (B) × 0.50 mm (T).

Rain protection shed & railing of the Barge: Supply, fitting, fixing of B.P. Sheet along with post of M.S. Angle, G.I. Pipe for railing with necessary welding & bolting, complete as directed. The job also includes painting of pipes, etc. by two coats of metallic primer to be followed by two coats paints of reputed brand, complete as directed.

Anchoring Materials of the barge: Supply, fitting & fixing of C.I. Bollard on the corner edge of the platform deck of the barge facing towards the riverbank by suitable size of HDMS Nuts & bolts including supply of good quality 19 mm dia. HD Steel wire rope, steel core, tested quality to be fastening with the Anchor 5 Prong 30 Kg. by means of suitable size of required nos. of ‘U’ bolts complete as directed.

A Supply and Laying of Single Core PVC/ XLPE Insulated Armoured LT Power Cable 1.1 kV Grade with Al Conductor in existing open trench/ in air including fixing with necessary clamps etc. in wall/ pole/ other support including End Termination with Brass Compression Gland and Cable Lug as required and as directed (A)(viii) Size of Cable : 185 Sq mm × 1 core(4 line)

Providing Security fencing around the S/S with GI chain link net, woven with 10 SWG wire with mesh 7.5cm × 7.5cm to be erected on GI angle 40 mm × 40mm × 5mm, with necessary C C grouting, with a fencing height of 1.8 mtr, having a hinged door, fabricated with flat GI strip boundary and cross bracing, complete including supply of all materials, excavation refilling etc as reqd and as directed.
